About: I've had years of experience taking care of my own pets and also worked as a pet groomer for many years. I've had many animals throughout my life dogs, cats, ferrets, tortoises you name it. I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule during the week and my weekends are wide open to spend time with your pets or have them over at my house. My family adopted senior dogs throughout my childhood, we rescued all types of breeds including: Huskies, German Shepards, Labs, and many mixed mutts. About: I am an absolute dog and cat lover, I have three dogs of my own, Two Golden Retriever’s, Ty and Birdie, and a Yorkiepoo named Smalls. I have two cats, Zooky & FelixI have always treated customers pets as I would treat my own. Tiana was amazing with our three fur babies. We have a senior dog with anxiety and over protective; Tiana was able to get her in the back yard and play. We also have an one-year with lots of energy. Also, the cat tends to hide and no one can finder her, but she came out to make her presence known. My animals seemed to have a great experience.
I was glad Paris was available to watch my cat while I was traveling during the busy holiday season. It was a relief to know someone would check on Clover everyday, allowing her to stay in a familiar environment. Paris sent me lots of pictures which I really appreciated and provided updates on how things were going. She communicated well about her schedule so we could plan with flexibility and even stayed a bit longer on some drop ins to give extra attention to the kitty. She also asked questions when unsure and was great about responding to my messages, questions, and suggestions. Luckily after the first couple days, I didn’t feel as anxious about leaving my cat at home or needing to check in on her too much, which made for a more restful vacation. Paris showed she was comfortable with taking care of cats - feeding, watching behaviors, tidying the litter box, etc. My kitty gave her some trouble with taking pills, so we opted to just do meds in the food to be safe. Despite that hiccup, they made good friends quickly and got lots of cuddle time and some play sessions. I know Clover was happy to see her everyday for food and lap time. And I was happy to stay updated each day. Additionally, Paris did well managing the entry/exit and security of my house responsibly. She was kind to forgive the clutter and everything seemed in place when I returned. And I think our working together helped keep things as normal as possible for my cat while I was away. Of course we pet parents might always prefer to be the ones always watching after them, but it’s great to have good supplemental caregivers when you need them. If you’re in the area and need a pet sitter, I’d definitely consider working with Paris.
