Safety, trust & environment
The safety of your pet is my highest priority (even above giving belly rubs), and I believe good communication is key for successful care. Whatever needs your pet has, I will do my absolute best to fulfill those needs while keeping them safe and happy.
Information Megan S. would like to know about your pet
If your dog has any special needs or if you have any concerns, I welcome you to reach out and we can discuss further to figure out what is best for your baby!
A typical day
Working a dog’s nose is one of the best ways to get their energy out, so a “sniff walk” is one of my go-to’s. Of course, playing fetch is a classic as well. I look forwards to tailoring the fun to your dog’s interests!

Pet care experience
As an animal lover myself, I understand how stressful busy schedules can be for our fur babies (and their parents)! I have a flexible schedule and lots of belly scratches to give, so let me help you! Dogs have always been an integral part of my life and I currently have two of my own, Enzo and Bru. I have experience with puppies, seniors, handicapped dogs and have owned a variety of them all at one time or another. I have fostered shelter babies, cared for malnourished babies until they were healthy again, and cared for dogs after major surgeries as well. No dog is too small or too big. If I can help, please let me know!
Reviews

Megan was great! Took the time to meet penny and make sure they were comfortable together. Penny had a great time while we were away.

Megan is great, I highly recommend her!
Megan was in law enforcement for 13 years doing crime scene investigation. That line of work comes with a very heavy level of stress, so she decided to make a career change. She just recently moved to Washington and is working on establishing a new occupation. She has a very tender heart and a soft spot for animals. She has 2 dogs. One she’s had since he was a puppy. The other was a rescue. She found the little guy coming out of the woods one night - Skin and bones with a broken leg. Megan rushed the little rescue to the dog ER. They managed to stabilize him but the vets did have to amputate his back right leg. Megan couldn’t stand the thought of him not being adopted by a loving family so she adopted Brutus, herself. Megan is a guardian Angel with a heart of gold. I wouldn’t want anyone BUT Megan caring for my loved ones. P.s. Megan also paid the excessive amount of $3,500 to have both her dogs transported from Louisiana to Washington, so they wouldn’t have to be transported in a kennel. They got to ride to Washington sitting in the seat of a car because she loves and cares for animals that much. There’s a million good things I could say about her but I’ll stop at just the highlights. I trust Megan with my life. She’s that authentic.
With very short notice, Megan made herself available to take care of my animals when my husband and I were out of town! She insured that they had water and fed them, loved on them and spent time with them outside! She even sent photos of them! I will continue to use her to take care of our animals, and highly recommend her for anyone else!
