I could not have asked for a better boarding experience for my young cat, Mr Mischievous! As a first time client navigating the booking process and last minute shifting travel plans due to wildfire smoke, Tracey was exceptionally kind, flexible, and understanding throughout the entire process. Communication was seamless from start to finish. Mister was a little shy at first, but Tracey and her family made him feel safe and comfortable right away. I loved that they allow boarded cats full access to the entire first floor of their home, and that there was always someone around to keep him company and spend time with him throughout his stay. She sent updates and sweet photos during his stay, which completely put my mind at ease while I was away with limited to no cell service. Hearing his loud purrs and seeing how quickly he warmed up to them and found a favorite window spot made my whole trip. I was nervous as this was to be the first time I was separated from him for so long but Tracey quickly put my mind at ease! She and her family took such wonderful care of him, followed all feeding instructions perfectly, and made drop off and pick up smooth and effortless. Mister was in incredible hands, and I believe he enjoyed his time there so much I may look for more reasons to book future stays. I absolutely highly recommend Tracey!

Tracey did so great with our kitty! She was easy to communicate with and quick to respond, and sent plenty of updates. Our cat needs a daily pill and daily inhaler treatments and Tracey was able to give her both medications! We were nervous about leaving our cat with someone for the very first time but Tracey and her family were very accommodating and quickly helped our cat to feel at home. We will definitely book again should the need arise. Thank you, Tracey!

This was the second time we left our cat Lellie with Tracey, and Lellie's experience was fabuolous. We were happy to see that Lellie was naturally comfortable at Tracy's house, with Tracey's family, and Tracey's family pet Lellie as if she was their own pet. We would definetly reach to Tracey any time we need to board Lellie. Thanks Teacey.

Tracey did a wonderful job taking care of my cat while I was out of town for a couple of weeks! My cat may not have been the most friendly cat, but Tracey made an effort with each visit to try to give her some attention & play time. Great communication, house was just as I left it, no major issues - I would definitely use Tracey again for my pet sitting needs!

Tracey took great care of our cats. She found them in their hiding spots to make sure they were ok on drop ins. We will definitely rebook Tracey!

Tracey and family took stellar care of Cyan. I was grateful she accepted a last minute booking for 18-nights. Cyan had the whole downstairs area to herself, with toys and plenty of attention. I was kept up-to-date with photos and messages on how Cyan was doing. I highly recommend Tracey and hope to book with her again!
