Proud people of one handsome golden retriever, two kitties and a yellow-bellied slider turtle. Our favorite daily activities include “puppy walks” along Lake Washington and snuggles with our kitties at the end of the day. Being pet owners our whole lives has shown us that pets are happier in their own home with as little disruption to their daily schedule as possible. Doggy walks in their own neighborhood, and kitties looking out their own window create safe, anxiety-free pets. We are experienced with senior animals and have learned that the key to longevity is to keep moving. We have even learned a few dog massage techniques to keep older dogs spry and comfortable. Our dog and cats are our family. You can expect your fur babies to be treated like family too. The weight range for dog walking on Rover for large dogs is quite wide - so to be a little more clear - we prefer to keep the maximum weight for walking to around 50 pounds. If your animal needs medication, we can only provide this service if the medication is mixed in with the food. We are not able to administer oral meds. We are also unable to administer insulin or injectable medications. For a drop-in visit, when letting a dog out in the backyard, one of the first things we do is to check that all fences and gates are secure. Fresh water is always important. Each animal gets special love and attention.
