“Our dog, Roma, is an anxious rescue who is initially very wary of people. Marcia took this in her stride and knew how help Roma feel at ease. This in turn meant that we enjoyed a full day out in London knowing that Roma wasn’t stressed and was being looked after at our home. Marcia sent us lots of updates including pictures of Roma relaxing which we really appreciated. We also really appreciated the initial ‘meet and greet’ that Marcia suggested. “I won't deny I was a little nervous about having a stranger in my home sit with Bob my greyhound but I needn't have been as did a lovely job of keeping him company whilst i had an evening out, giving his tea and walking him at his regular time, as he copes better with his routine. Now I've done it once, will happily book again when the need arrives”

About: My husband and I started off dog sitting from our home address in Norfolk. Now we have more time and freedom we house/pet sit anywhere in the UK, including Jersey, Channel Islands. We have covered 10 sits since September 2023 and receiving great reviews and repeat sits. We like to have to hand as much information as possible so that your pet and us fall into a comfortable place asap We care for a pet in much the same way as I would my own pet whilst respecting and following the owners requests for their pet and home. About: I have a degree in Animal Management, with hands on experience with many animals. I've worked as a dog walker/sitter before, so I have experience with a wide range of dogs from puppies to senior dogs. I now work full time for an animal supply company, where I've gained a qualification as a Animal Health Advisor. At home I have a very lovely 2 year old Labrador retriever and a very sweet 1 year old cat. Happy to help with cats and dogs. I'm available in the mornings before work at 8am and after work from 6pm. I have more flexibility on Wednesdays and Sundays as these are my days off. I have my own dog and two cats. I regularly look after my friends and family's pets as they know I have experience and they know my love for all pets.

About: Having grown up on a farm I have loved and cared for dogs in some form for all of my life. I believe I also have a particular affinity with them and am able to read their emotions and energies and act accordingly. I have recently returned to the UK, after living in a rural community in Portugal. Here I was the go-to dog sitter (as seen in pictures) as I got a reputation for caring for the dogs so well. Now I am back in the UK and looking to spread my love to the canine friends living here. I live on my families farm and contribute to work here as it is needed. I also have some online projects that I work on when possible but my schedule is largely very flexible. We have lots of space which is quite a luxury. The main perimeter of the farm is not fenced but there are fields that are fenced and there are large spaces to be on for some engaged play.
