She sent us photos and kept us updated, as well as leaving the house super clean and tidy for when we returned. I’m so glad we found Olivia and we (and the dogs) are looking forward to her returning for when we go on holiday! Wouldn’t recommend anyone more!”

“I have 2 dogs, a Doberman (Harley) and a bichon/shit zhu cross (Buzz). Liv has been coming round to my house every other weekend for years and is really good with both of them. Especially with Harley being quite a large dog, Liv isn’t put off by this at all and in fact makes a fuss for Harley. Buzz is usually found on her lap whilst also stroking Harley! We go on walks with my dogs and they really enjoy her company :)”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 10 years old, whether mine or friends/families. I love dogs and am used to both large and small dogs. I’m very much used to taking care of puppies, as I raised and trained all my dogs growing up. I also volunteered at an animal shelter for 6 years and am used to more troublesome dogs as well as dogs that have health issues. I love going on dog walks, even in the rain, and I’m not afraid to get down in the mud with a pup! I’m caring and kind and I genuinely believe it’s hard to find someone out there who loves dogs more than me! I’m a PhD student which means my schedule is incredibly flexible! I’m happy to take care of your dog during the weekends if you need a short getaway, during evenings if you want a date night, and (if given some heads up) I can always take care of your pup during weekdays! I’m more than happy to discuss what your and your pup’s needs are so we can arrange a schedule that works best for everyone! I have a huge private garden in which your dog can roam leash free but I would also take your dog out on walks to nearby parks for some socialisation with other dogs and people (if this is something you’d like, of course). I live with my boyfriend who is also a huge dog lover and would also keep your dog company, so your pup would never feel lonely! I have space for a crate, if you are crate-training but equally am happy to have your dog in a doggy bed or even on the sofa - again entirely up to what rules you want to stipulate! I live in a first floor flat but there is no balcony and the windows are all child-proofed so you know your dog would be safe. I’m very happy to have you come over to check the environment if you’d like to feel more comfortable.

“Madelyn is fantastic with dogs. She has looked after our very energetic spaniel many times. She has a natural way with him & is very trusted by us to walk him. He can be quite naughty off of the lead and so Madelyn always makes sure to check with us where is safe to walk him. She grew up with a rescue dog herself and so understands that all dogs have been on different journeys. I would 100% recommend her for any dog owner who values a dog walker that shows real care towards dogs.”

Immediately Rachel gave off such a lovely energy and our Pom took to her straight away. Our little Chi was a bit shy at the start but Rachel spent the time with him and he came round in no time, snoozing on her lap the entire evening. I can’t thank Rachel enough, she kept me updated throughout the whole night and really looked after our home too. We will definitely be using her again in the future.”

“William was amazing, he took great care of Simba and our home during the 10 days that we were away for. His love for animals really shows, him and my dog got along really well. He consistently kept us updated throughout his stay, sending us photos of Simba. We met with him before we went away which was really useful to show him the neighborhood, the house and Simba's routines. Really impressed with how clean he left the house at the end. Would highly recommend and book again.”
