“Kathy was absolutely brilliant - she was so quick at replying to messages and when we arrived there was a questionnaire about Bertie's eating times, dislikes and favourite things etc. Her daughter was perfect with him - so gentle and calm. We got lots of pictures of Bertie over the weekend and they took him to a castle and the fair so he had a blast! Tbh I wish we lived closer so we could send Bertie there every time!”

“Celia did a great job of looking after Phoebe! Phoebe stayed with Celia for two nights and I received lots of pictures and updates over the weekend. We also met beforehand which was great so Phoebe could meet her. Throughout the stay Celia was very responsive which put my mind at ease and Phoebe seemed like she had a lovely time. “My dog is pretty shy and reserved but it only took a few hours for Mochi to warm up and cuddle with Allison. I’m really happy with all of the adorable dog photos that I now have (somehow Allison got Mochi to smile in every single one) and my pup seems pretty happy with the whole experience too. My dog is quite easy but prefers to not have other dogs around - having said that she got on very well with Catherine’s dog - he is very used to having dogs in his space and obviously makes Catherine and her husband great dog sitters as they have their own. Will definitely use Catherine again next time we are away.”
