About: I have 8 years of experience as a vet tech taking care of dogs and cats. I love animals so much so that my girlfriend is a veterinarian lol I work remote a couple days during the week but I am available every afternoon or night for a good walk. I’ll definitely be craving it because I sit down all day My dog is trained and is allowed to go all over my apartment, but I definitely am very aware that he needs multiple hours of exercise per day, which we do and have grown accustomed to.

“Our dog, Cooper, had a major surgery (TPLO) 2 months ago. Due to my neck issues, it’s hard for me to walk him. I asked Ian to walk him for me. Cooper had many restrictions after his surgery and we had to have Ian start slowly and increase the walks over a 2 month period. I have found Ian to be a calm and gentle presence and Cooper took to him quickly. While Ian is walking Cooper, he pays full attention to him and is mindful and protective of him so that we did not experience any setbacks. Cooper gets very excited when Ian comes over to get him for his walks. I fully trust Ian with Cooper. I don’t think that Cooper would have progressed nearly as well with his post-surgery rehab without his walks with Ian.”

About: I have taken care of many animals since I was about 12 years old. Most often a mix of dogs, cats and hamsters. My most recent dog sitting job was with two dogs, one high energy beagle and one mellow older dog. As well as my own dog. I am used to managing walks, feeding, playtime, for multiple animals. I will gladly take the time to learn your dog's unique set of needs. My chocolate lab needs a lot of exercise and mental stimulation. He's an adventurer, needs new walk paths and new smells as often as possible. He also likes his independence, will give affection but prefers to just do his own thing. My neighbor's beagle, however, wants constant attention, whether we're playing outside or sitting in the living room. Each new dog is learning process. I'm ready to learn what keeps your dog happy and healthy.

About: I am a lifelong dog owner, love caring for pets of all kinds! I have experience dog sitting, and am my family's designated dog walker! I am a college student home for the summer in between working as a camp counselor, so I have weeks where I am totally free!
