3. Ashley P.
“Ashley was a lifesaver! I over booked myself and was in a bind. I reached out to Ashley without having used Rover previously. She was kind and welcoming. She took my girls in for the day without any problems. We did an introduction with my dogs and her family and pets. Everything went smooth. Ashley sent periodic text and photos, updating me on the dogs. One of my girls is a senior so I was very worried. Ashley was understanding, she has a senior herself and they got along well. I would book Ashley again, without a doubt. Thank you Ashley!”

About: I have a genuine love for animals, and my daughter shares the same passion. Throughout the years, I have gained around a decade of experience caring for dogs, both my own when I lived with my parents and those of friends and family. Recently, I discovered Rover through positive experiences shared by users on Reddit, and I hope to create similar positive stories. My daughter and I are excited to meet you and your furry companions, and witnessing my daughter's joy when interacting with your pet will make pet sitting all the more rewarding. It's important to note that I am fully Covid vaccinated, and my home is smoke-free. During your time away, I am more than happy to provide you with pictures and videos of your pet upon request, which can be conveniently sent through text or email. I am accessible via phone, text, or email, and I make it a priority to respond to your communications within the hour whenever possible. Even if my availability appears limited for your desired dates, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. In some cases, we may be able to accommodate special requests. Since the post-COVID period, I had been working from home full-time, allowing me to provide dedicated care for your pet throughout the day. However, my job has recently requested that I come into the office twice a week. The good news is that this schedule is flexible, and I can accommodate it around your needs as much as possible. Occasionally, I may need to step out for various reasons, such as a quick grocery run, grabbing a bite to eat, or dropping off/picking up my daughter from school. During these instances, I will either ensure your pet is comfortable at home if you have a suitable setup, or I can bring them along with me during the drive. Rest assured, I will make every effort to minimize any disruptions to your pet's routine and prioritize their well-being. Please let me know your preferred schedule and any specific instructions, and I will do my best to provide exceptional care for your furry friend. Ensuring the safety and trust of your beloved pet is my top priority. When taking your dog for walks around the community, I adhere to a strict leash policy, even if your dog is well trained. This provides an extra layer of security and prevents any unforeseen circumstances that may arise. Additionally, I am well-prepared to utilize dog crates when necessary. Whether it's for transportation or creating a secure and comfortable space for your pet, I understand the importance of providing them with a safe environment. Crating can help reduce anxiety and promote relaxation, especially during times when it may be beneficial for their well-being. Rest assured that I am committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for your pet, both in my home and at your residence. Their welfare and happiness are of utmost importance to me, and I will always take the necessary precautions to ensure their well-being throughout our time together.
9. Vicmarie H.
“Vicmarie has been our pet sitter, she is dependable, trustworthy and caring. The first time Vicmarie came to our house to meet our pets I knew she had a special connection with animals. Although it's always difficult to leave our pets, knowing that Vicmarie will be taking care of them gives me piece of mind. She always goes above and beyond. Vicmarie is truly an animal lover!!”
10. Idalix G.
“Idalix was super easy to communicate with, sent us photos of our pup throughout the day, and was always responsive and punctual. Our labradoodle had a great time!”
11. Addisyn
“Amanda was great with our two pups! They had a big fenced yard to run around in and had a blast. Lots of pictures and updates through out the day too. Made us feel at ease knowing our pups were well taken care of!”
12. Elizabeth S.
“Elizabeth is a kind and gentle person. She was raised around many animals and mostly dogs. She has a good heart and would put the animals (as she does the children she baby sits) first. It would be important for her to keep them safe and cared for while their families are away. She understands that when the family is away the animals, especially dogs, are missing them and have anxieties when their families are gone. She would want to bring them comfort and love and good care.”
13. Judi C.
“My rescued doxie, Buzzi, loves staying with Judi. When we get to her home, Judi opens the door and Buzzi waltzes in like it's her house. I'm pleased that my separation anxiety, stressed, little girl feels so at ease with Judi. I highly recommend Judi, and Rover.”
14. Allison Y.
“We were very nervous about leaving our 1 year old chocolate lab since he’s never been away from us and our 5 year old Rottweiler because he’s diabetic, almost blind and requires 2 insulin injections a day. Allison and her husband are very down to earth, lovely people. A lot of communication and patience with our pets made our much needed vacation very relaxing and stress free! They were definitely very well cared for while we were gone. Thank you so much!!!”
