About: Both dogs and cats have been a part of my life for a while now. In the last few years I've transitioned from cat to dog owner. I pride myself in training both my dogs to be well-behaved, loving and friendly. I've helped care for dogs belonging to friends and family, and if I'm not caring for a dog you'll likely find me at a park with my dogs doing a lot of outdoor activities! My current job is flexible so I can schedule walks and visits freely. If recurring walks/visits are of interest, I'm happy to work something out. Being outdoors with my dogs daily is of incredible importance to me. It means my dogs are happy and healthy, which helps them with their long-term health as well.

She showed up as a skidish stray cat in our backyard, and I slowly lured her in with a treat trail. I befriended her and gave her pets. Instantly, the two of us connected even though she was wild. I took her to the vet to be adopted, and the vet said she was going to have kittens! I still have the ultrasound images of the four little spinal cords in her belly. :) Two of them I still own and the other two were adopted by friends. Sadly, Em is no longer with us, but Cleo and Chateau have grown up to be cute healthy little puritos. I saved my Texas kitty, Eliot, from being cornered by another wild cat while I was going to school. Once he walked into my apartment, I knew it was love at first sight. He is my travel buddy and has been to 5 states! Marshall is our little geriatric kitty (18 years, 88-89 in human years). She is a little love who likes to lick human noses and sleep all day. Your loved one can sleep in the bedroom, alone in a kennel, or with the host’s pooch if he/she prefers. For pets who prefer to stay home, your host assures security of your property when entering and exiting. A mask will be worn at all times while inside your home. I assess the situation to identify any housekeeping issues that need to be addressed to keep your pet and home safe while you are away. Any mail or packages are brought inside. Cat boxes will be thoroughly cleaned at all times. Rest assured that I will take responsibility for your pet as if he/she is one of my own family members. DOG WALKING NOTE. Please have doggy leashed and ready to pick up for their walk. About: I’ve been around animals in and outside of my home since i was born. I’ve always had at least one dog since i was seven and currently have three. I am certified with Wag! as well and have been working with horses for 5-6 years so i’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and ages and other pets you might have in your home. I stay pretty active so long walks or runs aren’t a problem either. I’m available for drop ins, walks, and sitting, overnight, early morning or anytime you need including most holidays and weekends if it’s scheduled at least one day in advance. I’d love to provide whatever your dog needs including special requests and of course love. Long term and recurring setups are preferred but short or one time things are always good too, let me know and i’ll work with you to make sure your dogs are well cared for. My schedule is very flexible, I can usually accept same day requests, long term sitting requests (longer than 3 days) will be easier to commit to with 1-2 days advanced notice I will work with whatever your dog's needs are! I have training experience with ecollar, prong collar, gentle leader, vocal cue and signal commands, and I can maintain your pups training whether they are months or years old! I can provide any level of exercise, special care, grooming, etc. that your dog is used to.

I am an animal advocate for shelter animals cross posting, trying to find rescues, fosters and adopters. I’m am self employed so my schedule is very flexible.
