About: I’ve always loved animals and have years of hands on experience caring for dogs of different sizes and personalities. I recently cared for my own pup throughout her 13 wonderful years of life, which taught me how important patience, love, and trust are when it comes to pet care. I also help care for my brother’s dogs a Golden Retriever/Lab mix and two Dachshunds so I’m comfortable with both large and small breeds. Being from Monterey County, I love staying active and going on walks and hikes, so your pup will get plenty of attention, exercise, and care with me! I work full time as a supervisor at Starbucks, so my schedule varies and stays pretty flexible throughout the week. I’m available at different times on different days, which allows me to fit pet care naturally into my routine. Whether it’s walks, drop-ins, or spending quality time with your pets, I’m happy to work around their needs! I care for pets in their home by keeping their routine consistent and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I provide feedings, fresh water, walks, potty breaks, playtime, and lots of attention based on each pet’s needs and personality. I’m also very respectful of my client’s home and always aim to create a stress free experience for both pets and owners.

About: For the past four years, I have raised and cared for chickens, lambs, and goats for our county fair. My responsibilities included feeding, cleaning pens, changing water, and walking and training each animal one to two times daily. I always made sure to dedicate consistent, quality time to properly train and care for each of my animals. While these are not the specific types of animals I would be caring for in this position, I believe this experience reflects my strong work ethic, responsibility, and ability to care for animals of all sizes and needs. In addition to my fair experience, I have had animals my entire life. Currently, I have three dogs and ten chickens at home, and I am responsible for their daily care, including feeding, cleaning, and overall needs. My oldest dog is 15 years old, and I have been primarily responsible for his care for the past seven years. Most of my experience is with small dogs under 20 pounds, but I have also walked and cared for larger dogs weighing around 100 pounds. Additionally I have been a prominent member of Tokay FFA’s Veterinary science team, on this team I’ve learned dozens of minor medical procedures that I am confident in doing such as administration of various medications via oral, aural, and injections, bandage wrapping and removal, and the concept of safe handling with all kinds of animals. I am well versed in many species of animals, ages, and sizes so I hope to be a good fit for your beloved pets. I am currently on summer break and will be attending college this coming fall, as of right now my schedule is fairly open. T is a few days where my hours may change, but overall I am available at all times of day every day to fit your needs. Times are subject to change and if I ever have a conflict I will be sure to notify you with proper prior notice to ensure your pets are taken care of. If there is fences at your home I will always be sure to lock and close them behind me if your pets are inside, I am also well versed in handling larger dogs/animals so I will not easily be pushed to the side if your pet is prone to doing so. I am confident in my animal handling skills and if your dog needs to be fenced in or crated I am confident I can do so.

About: I’ve been around of medium/large dogs essentially my entire life and have provided care to them during every stage of their lives. I posses the confidence, patience, and discipline needed to care for young pets and those in training. I’d love to meet your fur babes soon! I am actively searching for full-time employment, so I have lots of time to play and train with your pets. I do have my own working dog, who has daily needs to be fulfilled. I have a field line Labrador who has a neutral demeanor and typically pays no mind to other animals. My yard isn’t big enough for much other than going potty, however I have a large park nearby for fetch and the neighborhood perfect for walks.

About: I have been a dog owner for more than half of my life, my mom bred Rottweilers and I have all other sorts of dogs of different sizes and shapes. I’ll make sure your dog get there exercise and they chance to have an amazing day. Very patient with dogs or puppies that are still learning tricks or behaviors, soft spoken voice. I currently have 2 dogs of my own, everyday I’m out there making sure they have had there walk gotten the right amount of exercise, and just enjoying there everyday care free doggy day. This means I am available during the most high-demand hours—when you’re stuck in back-to-back meetings or enjoying a weekend afternoon away. Because I don't juggle a rigid 9-to-5 office job, I can offer consistent arrival windows and the focused attention your pet deserves without rushing to the next appointment. I will treat your home with the same level of respect I’d want for my own. My process is thorough: I double-check that all doors are deadbolted, alarm systems are set, and water bowls are topped off before I leave. To keep you in the loop, I provide detailed Rover Cards after every visit. You’ll receive photos of our adventures, a map of our walk, and a summary of all 'business' handled. If a mess occurred while you were away, I handle the clean-up discreetly and thoroughly so you can come home to a fresh house and a happy, relaxed pet.

About: Both dogs and cats have been a part of my life for a while now. In the last few years I've transitioned from cat to dog owner. I pride myself in training both my dogs to be well-behaved, loving and friendly. I've helped care for dogs belonging to friends and family, and if I'm not caring for a dog you'll likely find me at a park with my dogs doing a lot of outdoor activities! My current job is flexible so I can schedule walks and visits freely. If recurring walks/visits are of interest, I'm happy to work something out. About: Kevin and I have both been caring for dogs and many other types of animals for our entire lives and absolutely couldn’t envision our life without several animals. Kevin has grown up around a family dog business - participating in AKC scent trials, agility training, boarding and almost any other type of dog event & training you can imagine. I’ve had cats and dogs my entire lifetime and used to help foster kittens as a child and teenager. We currently have two dogs, several cats, chickens, turkeys and more. Your animals will be in safe and caring hands with us! We both work but set our own schedules and/or work from home so your dog will rarely, if ever, be left alone. Since we have animals of our own, caring for additional pets is not a problem and part of our normal lifestyle. We have a large fenced dog run outside, in home kennel area, along with crates for crate trained dogs. Our property is about 5 acres and fully fenced with front gates so dogs cannot leave the area. We also have a couple large lawns we use for doggy playtime, fetch and training sessions.

About: I’ve taken care of many cats and dogs throughout my life. I enjoy spending time with pets and getting to know them brings me joy. I love helping others in a way that I’m able to. I currently work a part-time job so I would be able to spend time with your babies (pets). I am planning on leaving my part-time job in order to be even more focused on pet care. I will always have your pet on their leash, I will be very attentive to what they do and I will follow any instructions that I will be told. I will clean-up after them, keep them hydrated and make sure that they have an amazing time. Frequent home check-ins or dog walks are provided in the immediate Lodi area. All pets have their own preference. When boarding at Sleepy Pooch, pets are well supervised. Frequent outdoor activity is offered in a large fenced back yard. Larger dogs can be walked daily, if desired. Your loved one can sleep in the bedroom, alone in a kennel, or with the host’s pooch if he/she prefers. For pets who prefer to stay home, your host assures security of your property when entering and exiting. A mask will be worn at all times while inside your home. I assess the situation to identify any housekeeping issues that need to be addressed to keep your pet and home safe while you are away. Any mail or packages are brought inside. Cat boxes will be thoroughly cleaned at all times. Rest assured that I will take responsibility for your pet as if he/she is one of my own family members. DOG WALKING NOTE.
