About: Hello Fur Baby Parents! Welcome to Furbaby Care by Danielle! I'm a pet sitting extraordinaire and bay area native. :) Here are some fun facts. I value serving people and their fur babies. I’ve held jobs in tech, fitness, special needs, and customer service. Extensive volunteer work with pediatric and geriatric, and hand therapy in pursuing OT. I'd love to learn more about you and your pets. I love animals! So much that I’ve had the joy of caring for one of my first cats, Em, while she was pregnant and gave birth to 4 beautiful kittens! She showed up as a skidish stray cat in our backyard, and I slowly lured her in with a treat trail. I befriended her and gave her pets. Instantly, the two of us connected even though she was wild. I took her to the vet to be adopted, and the vet said she was going to have kittens! I still have the ultrasound images of the four little spinal cords in her belly. :) Two of them I still own and the other two were adopted by friends. Sadly, Em is no longer with us, but Cleo and Chateau have grown up to be cute healthy little puritos. I saved my Texas kitty, Eliot, from being cornered by another wild cat while I was going to school. Once he walked into my apartment, I knew it was love at first sight. He is my travel buddy and has been to 5 states! Marshall is our little geriatric kitty (18 years, 88-89 in human years). She is a little love who likes to lick human noses and sleep all day. I would be happy to care for your fur babies while you are away. I will send you beautiful photos of your pets everyday. :) I have a flexible schedule to work week days and weekends while I’m studying for my board exam. I will send you fur baby updates and take pictures of your fur babies to keep you in the loop. Meet and greets are a perfect way to get to know you and your fur babies before booking a service. I would prefer a virtual meet and greet over Facetime or Zoom since meet and greets are usually unpaid. About: I have experience taking care of dogs of all breeds, ages and sizes for up to weeks at a time for neighbors and friends. About: Home on the range! We have 5 fully fenced acres of room for your dog to run, play and explore. I am a stay at home mom, so we are home most of the time. Dogs are cared for either by myself and my children or my husband. We also offer field trips for your dog. We love going to the lake , hiking, and other various outdoor doggy wonderlands. If you would like your dog to attend such a field trip let us know so we can schedule it when your dog is with us. We ask that your dog be dog friendly. About: Kevin and I have both been caring for dogs and many other types of animals for our entire lives and absolutely couldn’t envision our life without several animals. Kevin has grown up around a family dog business - participating in AKC scent trials, agility training, boarding and almost any other type of dog event & training you can imagine. I’ve had cats and dogs my entire lifetime and used to help foster kittens as a child and teenager. We currently have two dogs, several cats, chickens, turkeys and more. Your animals will be in safe and caring hands with us! We both work but set our own schedules and/or work from home so your dog will rarely, if ever, be left alone. Since we have animals of our own, caring for additional pets is not a problem and part of our normal lifestyle. We have a large fenced dog run outside, in home kennel area, along with crates for crate trained dogs. Our property is about 5 acres and fully fenced with front gates so dogs cannot leave the area. We also have a couple large lawns we use for doggy playtime, fetch and training sessions.
