Kevin has grown up around a family dog business - participating in AKC scent trials, agility training, boarding and almost any other type of dog event & training you can imagine. I’ve had cats and dogs my entire lifetime and used to help foster kittens as a child and teenager. We currently have two dogs, several cats, chickens, turkeys and more. Your animals will be in safe and caring hands with us! We both work but set our own schedules and/or work from home so your dog will rarely, if ever, be left alone. Since we have animals of our own, caring for additional pets is not a problem and part of our normal lifestyle. We have a large fenced dog run outside, in home kennel area, along with crates for crate trained dogs. Our property is about 5 acres and fully fenced with front gates so dogs cannot leave the area. We also have a couple large lawns we use for doggy playtime, fetch and training sessions.

About: Funny story but in astrogoly they have different animals or characters of a sorts to represent them. Mine is a lion. And for this reason I was obsessed with big cats, wild cats and cats in general from a young age. My father didn't allow me to have cats till my parents spilt. Got two saimese twin cats from it though! I loved and adored them, mine was a boy naned Poseiden, my sister got the girl and name Aurora. We adored them till the very last minute. I had always gotten a third in 2023, a black barn cat named vewn. All are gone now, mine has been missing since April fools 2024... he was always silly. The other two rehomed- unfortunately Aurora passed away from a seizure this past spring. We miss her dearly. Excuse my sad story but I truly connect with cats. Yesterday on my walk a stray cat followed me for two blocks.. I think he liked me. I'm good with being patient, respectful and extremely loving. All cats deserve love and good words spoken to them, even the little sassy pants ones!

I also bring 9 years of experience working in a small animal veterinary hospital as a Registered Vet Tech. I am focusing on pet-sitting as my primary occupation at the moment. My daily routine begins with feeding the dogs and horses, followed by a morning walk around the property. Throughout the day, I allow them to play in the yard, giving them the opportunity for exercise and enjoyment. In the afternoon, to facilitate some quiet time, I either give a puzzle toy or a no-hide chew treat, and we conclude the day with dinner and a final walk before bedtime. About: My experience comes from owning not just dogs (XL-XS) and cats, but many animals in my lifetime. To me, living with these animals is the best way to gain experience. I have also done many house sitting jobs for people with lots of pets, and it’s something I genuinely enjoy doing. To me, the most important thing is establishing trust with your sitter, and I am a guaranteed safe person to trust any animal with. I’m great at reading animal body language and typically do well with all pets. I work at Panera, so my hours are not crazy, and never are usually longer than 4 hours, so pet sitting works great with my schedule. My college is also online so that doesn’t effect my schedule for the most part. About: Kevin and I have both been caring for dogs and many other types of animals for our entire lives and absolutely couldn’t envision our life without several animals. Kevin has grown up around a family dog business - participating in AKC scent trials, agility training, boarding and almost any other type of dog event & training you can imagine. About: I’ve owned and taken care of all types of dogs. From Rottweilers to currently owning a Rat Terrier. I love dogs and have been known to be able to teach them some minor tricks. Most importantly, I love to let them be themselves and have fun. I walk every day for exercise, so walking your dog would not be an issue for me. The more I walk the more weight I’ll lose. I have a one bedroom apartment. But it’s big enough to take care of multiple pets. My dog has three beds herself. I have a playpen area where they can play many dog toys, and treats.
