Kevin has grown up around a family dog business - participating in AKC scent trials, agility training, boarding and almost any other type of dog event & training you can imagine. I’ve had cats and dogs my entire lifetime and used to help foster kittens as a child and teenager. We currently have two dogs, several cats, chickens, turkeys and more. Your animals will be in safe and caring hands with us! We both work but set our own schedules and/or work from home so your dog will rarely, if ever, be left alone. Since we have animals of our own, caring for additional pets is not a problem and part of our normal lifestyle. We have a large fenced dog run outside, in home kennel area, along with crates for crate trained dogs. Our property is about 5 acres and fully fenced with front gates so dogs cannot leave the area. We also have a couple large lawns we use for doggy playtime, fetch and training sessions.

About: I grew up on a dairy raising various types of farm animals and have land for them to run around and get plenty of exercise and fresh air. I also have a working service dog, so I have had experience in basic obedience training and see animals as more than just pets. My German/Aussie shepherd mix loves helping other dogs learn and is a peacemaker to any guests. Learning about other breeds and seeing what makes them special or unique is one of my favorite things about what I do. I am in and out of the house working on the farm or just hanging with them all day! Never more than a couple hours without seeing me! About: For the past four years, I have raised and cared for chickens, lambs, and goats for our county fair. My responsibilities included feeding, cleaning pens, changing water, and walking and training each animal one to two times daily. About: I’ve always loved animals and have years of hands on experience caring for dogs of different sizes and personalities. I assess the situation to identify any housekeeping issues that need to be addressed to keep your pet and home safe while you are away. Any mail or packages are brought inside. I took her to the vet to be adopted, and the vet said she was going to have kittens! I still have the ultrasound images of the four little spinal cords in her belly. :) Two of them I still own and the other two were adopted by friends. Sadly, Em is no longer with us, but Cleo and Chateau have grown up to be cute healthy little puritos. I saved my Texas kitty, Eliot, from being cornered by another wild cat while I was going to school. Once he walked into my apartment, I knew it was love at first sight. He is my travel buddy and has been to 5 states! Marshall is our little geriatric kitty (18 years, 88-89 in human years). She is a little love who likes to lick human noses and sleep all day. About: I have experience taking care of dogs of all breeds, ages and sizes for up to weeks at a time for neighbors and friends. If they could talk I'm sure they'd recommend me - I always have a blast taking care of them and enjoy playing and exploring with them I work from home and generally have a decent amount of time to spend towards my dog. I usually take my dog on 3 or 4 short or medium walks There is a fenced dog play area outside. I usually take the dogs for a walk along the marina. About: I personally cared for my three boxers (Cassius, Braddock & Annie) for ten years. Two of my Boxers passed from cancer (brain tumor & spinal cancer.) I cared for them alone (other than vet help of course) until the end. I am comfortable with caring for sick and elderly animals, which includes administering oral medication. I am very observant and once I spend time with animals I am keen to pick up on any behavior or health issues. I currently have two very spoiled cats (Axel & Asher - 1 year 2 months old). I didn't want another dog full time but I miss walking dogs and the companionship and fun it brings so this is why I am looking to walk and care for others in need of help. I understand the time, energy and financial investment it takes as well the need for help. I cared for my animals alone along with the help of a great friend when needed. My calendar will show I am not available on the weekends, although if you need care after 6pm please contact me to see if we can work something out. I do not offer overnight care in your home or mine. I am open to several drop in's per day if less than 20 miles from my home. I am currently offering part time services and am open in mornings, afternoon or evenings based on my calendar availability. I work full time from home and can work with you on a schedule if needed. I am able to come to others home for food, bathroom breaks or time to play or walks helping them to not become lonely or bored.

“Weilin was awesome and phenomenal with Leo. This was our first time leaving Leo for a long time for boarding for almost a month and we were super nervous in leaving our fur baby alone. However, Weilin was amazing with him. Right from start she recommended a meet and greet, and drove close to our place to meet Leo and also brought one of her dog and made us super comfortable. She was always available whenever I had question, even though it was late for her. She sent me daily videos and pictures of Leo, and also picked and dropped him off to our place. Weilin also spotted a potential ear infection in Leo, quickly messaged me and took him to vet. She was also kind enough to treat him by applying medicine in his ears. Weilin's dogs were also super amazing. They played with Leo and made him feel even more comfortable while away. Leo will sleep on her dog QQ's bed and both Weilin and QQ made sure that Leo feels loved and happy at their place. Leo was super sad after she dropped Leo back when we returned, as he missed Weilin and her dogs.When she dropped off Leo, Leo wanted to go back with her. I couldn't have been more happier and will be using Weilin as my long term sitter, as I can relax and enjoy my vacation, with peace of my mind knowing Leo has been cared well for.
