About: Personally, I’ve had a family dog and a cat in the past. So I’ve had experience living with and caring for pets on a daily basis. I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for friends and family for a long time, and occasionally fish and turtles. As I’m currently a graduate student, I’m waiting to get a doggo and kitty of my own for when I find a permanent home. In the meantime, I would be happy to give your pets all the love and cuddles they so much deserve! I’m a graduate student who works remotely so I will have plenty of time give your pets all the cuddles! I can do overnight stays during the week if you’re okay with me occasionally opening my laptop. I can also do overnight stays on the weekend with advanced notice. I can feed, brush, play with and walk your pets. I’m also happy to clean and take out the litter whenever needed. Cuddles are included as well! I absolutely LOVE taking photos of animals so you can expect cute photos of your fur babies along with regular updates throughout my stay. I’m happy to discuss any other miscellaneous things that may be needed for overnight stays as well. :)

Great experience with Dakota house sitting for us! Our original sitter needed to cancel for personal reasons and so reaching out with short notice to find a replacement so we'd still be able to go on our labor day long weekend was nerve racking. Sent a message to Dakota and he got back to us very quickly, scheduled a meet & greet the next day, dogs loved him, and we confirmed. Our dogs - 2 large and 1 medium sized can get either super excited and or protective, Dakota knew how to greet them immediately and we felt comfortable with it being a great fit. We came back to a clean house that was vaccumed, picked up, and with dog towels for muddy paws and their onesies washed and folded. Definitely recommend Dakota for any of your fur babies needs! 🐶🐾
