“Nice and professional. Stayed several days with his fiance to watch my 1 cat. Came back to my apartment just like I left it. Sent daily pictures. Followed all instructions.”

“Gunnar stayed at our place and took care of our little Yorky for 10 days while we were on vacation. This was a first time experiment for us and for our little girl! Gunnar is an exceptional dog and house sitter. He took great efforts to take care of the house and our pet. we cannot say enough about his dedication and service. We highly recommend Gunnar to anyone who may be concerned about an experienced and passionate dog and house care specialist.”

“Emma was easy-going and handled taking care of our two energetic pups and 1 cat very well. She communicated any issues right away and asked us questions when she was unsure of something. We would recommend Emma for short or long term care of your fur babies!”
“Eden was absolutely wonderful! She did a great job with my two boys, sent lots of pictures, and stayed in constant communication about what was going on!! Will absolutely be using her services again.”

“Aura did a great job watching over my home and pets (both a dog and cat)! Aura was very communicative, asked great clarifying questions, and provided great photos and videos of my pets. I would definitely recommend Aura!”

About: I love all animals and want to snuggle them all and help them live their best lives. I have experience with walking and brushing dogs and also bathing them. I’m currently not working and have extra time on my hands. I’m available to do overnights as well as available most days during the day. I can crate your dog at my house and take them outside on a leash to get plenty of outdoor playtime. I can also come to your house where your animal is most comfortable.

“William and Jessica were very loving and caring towards both my elderly dog and youthful/energetic pup. They were communicative and easily accessible. The pair left my home in good condition and were obviously respectful. At the end of the visit, they inquired if I had any feedback on any issues. I did not. My dogs were healthy and happy upon my return. I will hire William and Jessica again.”

“10/10 fabulous experience! Carol was extremely communicative, asked to book a meet & greet despite my last minute booking, was super responsible with our home & left it in great shape, and was just a really lovely person. I cannot overemphasize how well she reads dogs - for instance, my barky pom was being his usual guard dog self, and she mentioned she was going to stop doing eye contact with him so he would have a chance to settle. And he settled very quickly! She's so experienced with dogs, and it was a huge bonus that I found out that she has fostered dogs in the past. You have to have a lot of empathy, hope, flexibility and patience to be an animal foster parent, and I love that she came to us with all that and more. I've lost track of all the cool things she did - she tended to our plants, she took my dogs on jogs very often, improved my recipes for the dog's treats and food according to health needs.... the list goes on and on. All with Carol being very chill and sweet and super easy to work with. I'd have her back in a heartbeat. All my dogs LOVED her, from the puppyish 2 year old to the old lady 13 year old in our pack. 5 stars, 10/10, easy stress-free experience!”
“Marcie did a great job with our dogs, and we're relieved to found someone so reliable. She dog sat at our house and was very communicative. She left the house cleaner than we left it, sent photos and videos, and left a note with info about her schedule/routine. We are definitely going to book with her in the future!”

About: I have experience caring for a wide variety of breeds as a sitter ranging from small to large, shy to extroverted, and young to old. Additionally, I have volunteered at animal shelters where I learned much about canine body language. I have personal experience caring for a senior dog with major health concerns and am comfortable with administering medicine and cleaning minor wounds. Lastly, I trained my puppy beginning at 8 weeks to be comfortable in public spaces so that she could attend work with me. Although I currently have a full time job I am available to watch or walk your fur babies Thursday night through Sunday morning most weeks. I treat each pet as if they are my own and ensure I fully understand the owners wishes prior to my arrival. Additionally, I like to keep in good communication with the owner to provide update photos is desired and ensure no additional needs arise while they are gone.
“Luckie did a great job caring for my dogs. She sent me lots of pictures and loved them like they were her own. I told my son that I better get a hotdog when I came home so I could win them back to me”

About: My name is Charizma Williams. I’ve pet-sitted for my sister’s friend and with my best friend on and off for 3 years. I grew up helping take care of farm animals, cats, and dogs. I love taking care of animals. I’ll treat them like my very own. Your fur babies will be in good hands. I’ll make sure to send you lots of updates on how they’re doing!! I’m unemployed looking for my first job, so I’ll have plenty of time to take care of your fur babies, play with them and meet all of their needs. I make sure to take care of them with lots of love, gentleness, and kindness. If needed, I can crate them, and if they have any specific requirements, I’ll make sure those are met.
About: I have five dogs myself. They’re all well trained and friendly with other animals! I live on a large farm with plenty of space for dogs to run. I trained two of my dogs a few tricks each as well as potty trained them I work about four hours a day outside of my home. I always take care of my dogs before and after work. I have family let them out to pee and eat while I’m at work. I spend the evenings playing indoor with them My dogs have a large kennel inside that they sleep in at night. I have hosted dogs before and they sleep in my garage. It’s a warm area year round and if not then they will sleep inside in a separate kennel. I have orchards next to my house so your dogs will be taken on walks throughout them! Two of my dogs spend most of the day outside (depending on the weather).
West Valley pet parents share their Rover experiences
Sara was an excellent and knowledgeable dog sitter. She provided great mental games for the dogs to keep them entertained and stimulated. She also, sent pictures and check-ins. It was such a relief to leave our dogs in the hands of someone as capable as Sara. We rebooked her already to take care of our quirky and high maintenance dogs.

I am so impressed by Lyn. They were on time, cheerful, listened to the care instructions intently, and greeted Sophie with joy and kindness. Sophie is normally nervous for me to leave her, but this time she didn't bat an eye. She knew she was in good hands. Lyn sent pictures and responded quickly to check ins. When we arrived home I could tell that Sophie really enjoyed her time with Lyn. I can't recommend them enough to care for your pet!
