“Alexia watched our high energy and high anxiety Australian Shepherd, Maru, for 5 days and 4 nights. She came to visit us a few weeks beforehand to get acquainted with Maru and was extremely responsive during the whole booking process. Maru seemed to like her very much, and she sent pictures twice a day. Alexia also administered Maru's medication and dealt with removing her cone as necessary since she was recovering from her spay. She left the house looking great! We would definitely love to have her watch Maru again.”

About: Animal behavior is complex. It has fascinated me from a young age, where I got my start in animal care. From barrel racing horses and showing Irish Wolfhounds, I've been doing it all since I was very small! I worked in multiple show and boarding kennels, vet clinics and pet stores throughout high school and college. I worked as a team lead and assistant trainer at Waggin' Tails ranch for about 5 years, before moving on to work in shelters providing behavioral services. I have a B.S in psychology alongside being a certified dog trainer and behavior consultant. I aim to help you with the skills you want your furry friend to learn, while you are away! We will work on skills and behaviors, and then have a session with you when you get back so you know what we worked on while you were gone! I have a flexible job, so I can do drop ins, walks, etc. Whatever may be needed. I do prioritize sitting animals who may be behaviorally challenged. If I am unable to accommodate you, I have a network of people I can refer you to! Safety is my top priority. All training happens on leash or in a contained space. I am animal first aid and CPR certified. My focus is always on building relationships and rapport with my clients and furry friends.

About: I have experience caring for a wide variety of breeds as a sitter ranging from small to large, shy to extroverted, and young to old. Additionally, I have volunteered at animal shelters where I learned much about canine body language. I have personal experience caring for a senior dog with major health concerns and am comfortable with administering medicine and cleaning minor wounds. Lastly, I trained by puppy beginning at 8 weeks to be comfortable in public spaces so that she could attend work with me. Although I currently have a full time job I am available to watch or walk your fur babies Thursday night- Sunday morning. Additionally, I am able to walk dogs in the evenings (after 5pm) from Monday- Thursday. I treat each pet as if they are my own and ensure I fully understand the owners wishes prior to my arrival. Additionally, I like to keep in good communication with the owner to provide update photos is desired and ensure no additional needs arise while they are gone.

She also administered medicine while we were gone, which usually isn’t required for our pets. The house was spotless when we got back and she had even vacuumed!”

About: Hello! My name is ash, I grew up in a loving animal house! As my mom would say I am an animal loving person. I love all different sizes or shapes such as rodents, reptiles, dogs, cats and birds! I have been loving, caring and gentle with animals since I was a little girl. My first ever pet was a puppy, we rescued him from an animal shelter. I have trained, fed and walked him. All of the pets that I have had were guinea pigs, hamsters, hermit crabs, lizards, horses, dogs and cats. So you can say I am an animal lover to the bone. I also have house sit, dog walking and trained a variety of animals for my neighborhood, family members and friend. I currently have a pit/lab mix. I am grateful to be able to give the love and care needed to your fur babies! I am currently a new business owner! So I do still have days off during the week and weekends. Typically I work in the mornings to late lunch. If have questions or anything, just ask away! I will care for your pets at your home. I can also do dog walks and do check ups! I will be communicating to the owners about everything the pet and I have done. From the time I get there and leave.

About: I’ve taken care of all different kind of breeds & sizes of dogs from Yorkies to English Mastiff’s, varying in all different ages from puppies to full grown older pups! I’ve cared for pets of family, friends, & even people in facebook groups! I’m currently unemployed so I have all the time in the world to make sure your furry friends are properly taken care of & loved while you are away! I make sure animals are fed on time, have time to play outside/go for a walk, & crating them at night if that’s the way you do it! Keeping your furry friends on their normal routine & safe is my #1 priority!

About: Ive been feeding bathing and walking all sorts of dogs, cats big and small since i was little currently i have 3 of my own cats. I’m still young but i would love to learn more about cats and dogs I would love for sum more ideas and advice on animals and I’m also new on all this new rover stuff i am excited to try new things! I’m looking for a job right now but i will have plenty of time to keep your beautiful fur baby’s happy comfortable, fed and they won’t get lonely with us we love all animals like their our own. I will be happy to stay over night and help keep them company ,safe ,happy and comfortable I can also bring treats for them if the client is okay with it. I do really enjoy dog walking I will make sure they go potty every 2-4 hours or when they need. All depends on the needs of the animals and clients expectations.

About: Born and raised on a farm. Very familiar with all makes and models😉and ages. I can't imagine life with out our fur friends. I've never met an animal I don't love. My Grampa always said.."No love is ever wasted on animals." I recognize that when owners leave, pets tend to, initially get a little confused...it is like leaving your kid, and having no way to communicate with words that you'll be back, and you love them🙄 i, personally, prepare for that. Before I housesit, I like to know the pet's traits, what soothes them, abandonment struggles; so I can know how to comfort and prepare for that ahead of time😍 Currently, I'm at a point in my life, where I have nothing tieing me down and am hoping this new chapter brings new kindred souls and all kinds of fur friends with their own personalities🙂 Pet care is a part of life! To me it just is. I am blessed with an opportunity to have more time to meet new fur babies and love even more critters. I love road trips and seeing new areas! Im willing to travel further distances...I believe, if you are unable to adequately love and care for your critter's needs, then you should not have one, at least until you can. That, personally, frustrates me. I live fiercely by integrity. Growing up in a large farm that is basic. Doing what is right while no one is watching. I have no problem following care instructions while sitting at someone's home. It's simple really; I treat it as if it were my own, and same goes for any pets. Currently, i am able to be very flexible and looking to explore new areas and travel. I am able to accommodate most schedules and look forward to meeting new fur friends. Im available for house/pet sitting, but not available to board, or bring to my home. Im very flexible, and willing to travel a bit. Thank you.
