About: Hello! My name is ash, I grew up in a loving animal house! As my mom would say I am an animal loving person. I love all different sizes or shapes such as rodents, reptiles, dogs, cats and birds! I have been loving, caring and gentle with animals since I was a little girl. My first ever pet was a puppy, we rescued him from an animal shelter. I have trained, fed and walked him. All of the pets that I have had were guinea pigs, hamsters, hermit crabs, lizards, horses, dogs and cats. So you can say I am an animal lover to the bone. I have a 6 year old Golden of my own who adores other dogs and cats, and tennis balls of course. I work from home and recognize that others may not have this option, so I wanted to open up my home to provide a caring space for other pet owners when needed. I have a fenced in back yard but take my girl out often throughout the day to one of the many parks that are very closeby. Working remotely means I am also flexible in my hours and am able to offer walks and drop ins as needed, always giving each pet as much attention as I can. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
