About: I grew up in what is basically a small zoo. Growing up, my chore list included animal care. We had cats, dogs, hamsters, fish, sugar gliders, and I had a hedgehog for 4 years. I have been doing seasonal work, and I am set up to substitute at some school districts. I am excited to be able to do pet care alongside these other things. I will be able to feed and take care of basic stuff such as potty time. In terms of potentially interacting with animals, it will be up to the animal. If there is going to be a pet that is shy or untrusting of me, I will give them the space they need to feel comfortable. If your pet is only wanting play time, I can give them play time or walks or whatever they are wanting.
About: I have always had a substantially great amount of love for animals. I grew up on the rural area of town and we always had cats, dogs, chickens, horses etc. I would like to consider myself as a very reliable and responsible individual. I treat all animals I interact with as if they are my own. I am a stay at home mom so most of the times that I am watching dogs or cats my son will be around as well, so i prefer any large dogs to be on the calmer side. Unfortunately, where I currently live does not accept any animals therefore I won’t be able to watch any dogs or cats in my home. I am a stay at home mom doing online school so I have plenty of time do watch and play with animals. My 2 year old son will be with me most of the time so hopefully that needs to be kept in mind while booking with me. He loves all animals as well and knows how to be gentle with them. I am a very attentive person and am good at following tasks that may have to be provided for any animals. That being said I am also sympathetic when it comes to other people’s pets. I understand and I can adapt to the behavior of dogs and cats, whether they are energetic or mellow.
About: I’ve grown up around all types of dogs! Big, small, happy and angry ones! I currently have 3 XL dogs who are my babies :-) I know all pups can be different and I plan to get to know each and every one of them! I just moved into the Yakima area and I’m available pretty much 24/7! I’m currently 21 weeks pregnant but I’m still very active for walks and play time with pups :-) I currently have 3 large dogs and have plenty experience with leash pulling/controlling large strong pups. I know an escape artist when I see one (I have a husky)!
About: Hi there! I am a dog lover of all kinds! I have two dogs of my own, one weiner/corgi mix a blue heeler/Idaho shag and a cat who I love dearly, they are my world. They also love any dog that they meet and are super playful! Ive had experience caring for animals for a very long time, my priority is to make sure all dogs are loved and happy. I decided to get on this for a chance to meet new pups and gain more experience in caring for different breeds and just to spread love and care for all your furry family members. I know how important it is to find somebody you really trust to take care of them throughout the day, overnight or even just for a quick visit so just know your babies will be in good hands with me :) I will have plenty of time to play with the dogs. Also once the weather is cooler I will be able to take your dog on walks or runs with me :) Communication between pet parents and myself are very important. walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
