About: I have had animals my whole life, particularly cats and dogs. I am comfortable working with medium and large breed dogs, high energy pets, senior animals, or pets with medical needs. I have helped family and neighbors care for their fur babies and would love the opportunity to help others! I specialize in caring for senior/special needs pets. I had two cats with varying degrees of kidney disease which required special diets and constant monitoring. They made frequent messes so I'm not afraid to clean up pet accidents. I'm happy to help any animals that need some extra care. Dogs staying at my house get potty breaks as often as possible. There will be lots of play time and naps throughout the day. Dog walks will take place when the weather is decent and typically in the afternoon/evening. If I go out for errands, dogs are expected to stay in a crate (exceptions are considered. Please reach out for more details). Any animal that stays with us will be treated like family. Meet and greets are required for all services (for local clients) to ensure owner(s), sitter, and animals feel comfortable with one another. Dog Boarding/Day Care: I have a large fenced yard and three high energy pups that would enjoy having new friends to play with. I have lots of toys from stuffed to plastic to rope toys to keep them entertained. Dogs should be crate trained in case I need to leave for an errand (exceptions are considered. Please reach out for more details). Dogs must be okay around cats as they may interact with them when they are in the house. Dogs MUST be okay around children as I have a couple of young kids (they will never be alone with the dog). Dog Walking: We will walk around the neighborhood or go to a park. I will NEVER go to a dog park. I will only bring my dogs along for a walk if approved by the owner. Vaccines: All animals that enter my home must be up-to-date on vaccines. Dogs MUST have rabies and bordetella (kennel cough) vaccines. Owners must provide vaccination records for confirmation. All animals must be treated for fleas and ticks (as a precaution). This is a year-round requirement. I highly recommend Elanco K9 Advantix II for dogs. If needed, I can provide the medicine and apply to the pet for an additional cost (please reach out for more details). Drop Ins: I'm happy to stay for as short or long as needed to take care of the pet (feed, water, potty break, scoop litter box, administer medicine, etc.) and give them attention.

About: A WFH animal lover with a flexible schedule. With only 1 class at YVC and working from home I can make time in my life to make yours easier! I've had pets my entire life of all types including dogs, cats (including my late senior boy), and other small animals! I currently have a little black cat with plans to adopt more! I've had lots of experience with senior cats AND dogs and special needs babies. I regularly walk and groom dogs at the shelter I volunteer at when I'm not booked up and plan to start vet tech school next fall to continue my pursuit of working with animals. I work from home as a freelance editor so I can work on my laptop anywhere. I have the ability to work around your busy schedule with ease. During the fall quarter I will be taking a single morning class so I will continue to be available at almost any time you need! I will always heed to the knowledge and advice you have about your own pets needs and combine it with my own expereince as a lifetime pet owner and volunteer. Be it an energetic lovebug that needs extra attention or a senior pet that has special needs, I am capable and happy to care for your pet as if they were my own.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs from a young age. I was the personal puppy sitter for a cute border collie named Bandita for 2 years. Since then I have walked dogs for family friends and dog sat when needed. I’m currently available for work almost everyday. The only day I am not available is Sunday. Any time from 10am to 3pm is alright with me. I have kept dogs in my fenced in backyard while dog sitting and made sure that they get plenty of walks. I also make sure that they have clean water and cool shade to keep them nice and cool.

About: We have owned fur babies for the last 25 years, from dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits, goats, as well as pet hamsters and rats. We've had the privilege of taking care of our cats and dogs almost 25 years. We have had them from puppyhood and kittenhood to their geriatric years (two dogs to age 16!). Currently we have three yellow labs; two that we adopted from my parents when they passed, they are, 4,4, and 9 years old. We have always had our dogs trained with the basic obedience commands and we only use encouraging words and actions to help them learn. Many of our animals were rescue pups. We also have dog friendly indoor/outdoor cats. I work part time at home as well as on call work when I am available. I am an early riser and can work as early as 5:30am and as late as 8pm. We offer in home care, to include drop off, doggy day care and pet sitting for dogs and cats. I would also be open to short term pet care in a clients home and I am especially interested in dog walking as well as field trips trail or park walking, and dog parks for dogs that enjoy it. I am also able to provide transportation to vet appointments.

I’ve been taking care of my friends/family’s furry babies since I was 15. I can guarantee you that your furry friends will be safe with me! About: HOUSE IN COWICHE CANYON AREA on 2 ACRES! I want to provide the best dog care service possible! My husband and I have two kids (6 and 8) who love and respect dogs both big and small! In the past we had a large dog named Cooper who was a sweet heart and the kids did great with him. Growing up I had a Yorkie named Baily, we had him from a puppy till he was elderly. Through Rover I have watched numerous different dog breeds of all sizes and ages. I have done extended boarding and short stays. Through this I gained a lot of experience for caring for an elderly dog and understand both the needs for large dogs and little dogs. I have dog-sat for family, friends, and clients on Rover for long periods and have volunteered at "North Beach Paws", an animal shelter in Ocean Shores. There I cared for puppies and elderly dogs. I believe all dogs have different personalities and needs; my goal is make the best experience for yours! If your dog has certain medications or allergies, let me know before I watch them to make sure their needs are met. Exercise is very important for a dog's health and I am committed to taking your dog on multiple walks daily! We love on an 2 acre area so we have lots of room for the dogs to run and play! We are conveniently located near the Cowiche Canyon area. I currently work at home as an Artist and was recently a Behavioral Technician. I am available week days and most weekends to watch your dog! About: Hello! My name is ash, I grew up in a loving animal house! As my mom would say I am an animal loving person. I love all different sizes or shapes such as rodents, reptiles, dogs, cats and birds! I have been loving, caring and gentle with animals since I was a little girl. My first ever pet was a puppy, we rescued him from an animal shelter. I have trained, fed and walked him. All of the pets that I have had were guinea pigs, hamsters, hermit crabs, lizards, horses, dogs and cats. So you can say I am an animal lover to the bone. I also have house sit, dog walking and trained a variety of animals for my neighborhood, family members and friend. I currently have a pit/lab mix. I am grateful to be able to give the love and care needed to your fur babies! I am currently a new business owner! So I do still have days off during the week and weekends. About: Hi there! I am a dog lover of all kinds! I have two dogs of my own, one weiner/corgi mix a blue heeler/Idaho shag and a cat who I love dearly, they are my world. They also love any dog that they meet and are super playful! Ive had experience caring for animals for a very long time, my priority is to make sure all dogs are loved and happy. I decided to get on this for a chance to meet new pups and gain more experience in caring for different breeds and just to spread love and care for all your furry family members. I know how important it is to find somebody you really trust to take care of them throughout the day, overnight or even just for a quick visit so just know your babies will be in good hands with me :) I will have plenty of time to play with the dogs. Also once the weather is cooler I will be able to take your dog on walks or runs with me :) Communication between pet parents and myself are very important. When taking your dogs on a walk, doing drop in visits, or staying overnight in your home, I will always respond to any texts or calls during that time. I send pictures and videos while I’m with your pets at your request.

I am currently on maternity leave and will be returning to school in the future, which means I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to caring for your pets. During the day, I am available to provide attentive, reliable care, whether that means keeping your pet company, taking them on walks, sticking to their feeding schedule, or simply making sure they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust with your furry family members, and I will treat them with the same love and care that I give my own. Your pet’s safety is always my top priority. I pay close attention to each dog’s body language and behavior to help recognize when they may be feeling relaxed, excited, anxious, or uncomfortable. During walks, I stay alert to our surroundings and avoid unnecessary interactions with unfamiliar dogs, as I believe it’s safest not to assume every dog is comfortable meeting others. By taking a cautious, proactive approach, I help ensure your dog has a safe, low stress, and enjoyable experience every time we’re out together.
