“This is our second time using Kelli to care for our kitties while we were away on vacation. Just like the first time she did an amazing job. She took great care of both of our cats. Gave them pets, snuggles and treats. Our newest cat Harvey who is a bit shy took to Kelli right away. I think the first day he was full on snuggling her. About: New to Rover, but not new to pet care! I grew up with a golden retriever named Daisy and a lovable mutt named Roxie, and more recently became a cat mom to Tortellini. I am a reliable, communicative caregiver who treats every pet like my own. Whether it is a walk around Lake Murray, a game of laser tag with your cat, playtime in the backyard or sticking to your pet's routine, I will keep you updated with photos and messages while you are apart. My goal is to help your pet feel comfortable and cared for while they miss you and give you peace of mind while you miss them. I am a full-time alumni manager and instructor with flexible work hours from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Depending on your pet’s needs, I can provide visits early in the morning, during my lunch break, and in the evening after work. Each client is unique in their needs, and I am happy to tailor my care to what works best for you, including your preferred method and frequency of updates.

About: I lost my sweet Clark (Yorkie/Chihuahua) in 2019. During the time he was with me, I also was the caregiver for my daughter's 2 dogs and a cat whenever they were away from home. I also was the main caregiver for a friend's 2 Bichons while they were away on vacations. It was a happy mix though Clark was a little intimidated by the Bichon brother and sister, we managed to find a way for everyone to be happy. I do not have a dog at the moment. I would do my best to make sure your sweet baby, felt secure and loved. I would make myself available according to their needs. I do not have any pets at the moment. I had a small Yorkie/Chihuahua mix (Clark) for 10 years before he passed from age related illness. I miss him. I would love to care for your sweet baby with lots of affection, play and walks.

About: For about two years I took care of my cousin's amazing dog Cyrus. My cousin had to travel extensively, so my routine with Cyrus was fairly involved. I took him on almost daily 45 minute walks, during which Cyrus would do his best to sneak tasty poop nuggets from under my laser gaze. I fed him twice per day, adding extra carrots as necessary to fuel some afternoon rounds of golf (his favorite game). And we'd bark at a few cars if they seemed extra suspicious. I also took him on routine vet visits and nail trimmings. I've also pet sit my friend's two cats, Iris and June, when my friend was away for several days. This included keeping the food and water bowls clean and filled, as well as playing with strings (Iris's favorite), and playing hide and seek (June's favorite). Currently, I'm switching from my former profession of teaching Physics, to my future profession of Data Sciece/AI. Right now this entails a lot of sitting and studying, which gives me plenty of time and opportunity to help care for your pet. My particular modus operandi will obviously be at the discretion of the pet owner. But generally, I am comfortable feeding your fur-friend, taking them on walks/playing with them, and taking them for routine visits to the vet if necessary.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and cats. I’m reliable and take the time to make sure they feel comfortable. I can help with dogs (basic routines and leash walking) and I’m patient with senior pets who need a little extra care. I treat every pet like my own I work at a dog grooming place most days, so I’m around animals all the time. I’m off on Sundays and Wednesdays and have more flexibility then, but I can still do pet care after work on other days if that’s needed. I care for pets in my client’s home by following their routine for feeding, walks, and playtime. I keep them safe, clean up after them and spend time with them so they feel comfortable. I also follow any special instructions and send updates to the owner.

About: I have grown up with dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes! My neighbor was a dog breeder and would rely on me to help take care and walk the puppies for them. I currently own a Morkie and a lab/pit mix that love going for walks! I currently work in health care full time but I have 3 days off during the week and look forward to filling that time off taking care of your pet!
