Lua is not for weak people and they handled her like she was a puppy... always sending photos videos and msgs while I was away. Tell you what. The night I dropped Lua off was a night from hell the snow storm hit got my car stuck down thier street.. but he came to my help and pushed me out so I could get home and pack for my flight... I will use these guys as long as they let me.. amazing people.. truly a gift from God. I moved here from Ontario Canada in November no friends or family here.. just my Lua... so thank you from the bottom of my heart .. you guys rock. DAVID”

The dogs all got along, and I think ours was excited to have other dogs to play with! She was with them for three nights, and was well cared for. She came home happy and healthy - it is such a relief knowing we have a future resource for times we can’t bring her with us, and it was so nice knowing she was in a home with a big fenced backyard, instead of in a kennel. Thank you for taking such great care of our Daisy girl!”

About: Hi I am Melvin, and I live with my partner Sean. I have loved dogs my entire life and wanted to dedicate my career to caring for them when they and their pet parents are in need. I have 5 years of caring experiences, and it has been a huge blessing in my life. My 3 dogs are all super loveable and like making new friends! With this service, I want to treat every dog like they are at home. Every dog is given a chance here, and so far my dogs have made over 250 friends! Our pet care routine that we are currently doing with our dogs and the dogs I watch occasionally has been ingrained upon on both of our schedules. Rarely does my partner and I skip or alter the pet care routine. We have a pretty tall fenced in backyard. Our three dogs love to play and get zoomies out there. We always introduce dogs slowly to the group with a meet and greet first, and dogs that need that special attention will always get it, and then some.

She was very welcoming and knowledgeable about dogs. She cared for Neko like he was her own. He enjoyed his stay and got along with her dogs. I highly recommend her services he even got a complimentary spa day for her first visit! Francisca kept in touch with me while I was out of town and sent videos I greatly appreciated that. It made me feel comfortable.
Austin and Eliza were amazing! They worked with us on super short notice for our 2 big dogs who were not used to boarding. They kept them comfy and happy and stayed in contact with us with updates and photos. Could not have asked for more from our first Rover experience. Thank you, both!!!
