“Sabrina was such a joy to work with. This is my 1st time using Rover and I needed someone at the last minute to take care of my Shiba-Poo Sophie. I was a little worried about how Sophie would react to Sabrina in the beginning since Sophie can be skittish with people she doesn’t know, but I was very pleased to see how quickly she warmed up to her. It gave me peace of mind knowing Sophie would be taken care of. Sabrina did a wonderful job and I look forward to using her again in the near future.”

“Not only is Sam my partner, but she has so much love to give and is amazing with Milo. She loves him like her own and he reciprocates with loyalty. For the last year he has been doing things I’ve never seen him do in the 9 years he was alive prior; he makes her follow him outside to play after he does his business in the yard, waits outside her shower, runs onto her lap once we sit outside, checks to see if she’s with me every time I get home, sleeps guarding the bedroom door, and he finally can withstand a car ride! Oh, and Milo hates the groomer so Sam learned how to groom him so he can still see, run, play, and go #2 without his coat getting in the way.”

About: Choosing the right pet sitter is a decision that requires careful consideration, as your furry, scaly, or feathered friends deserve nothing but the best care. With years of hands-on experience in the veterinary field, including working alongside veterinarians and vet technicians for the past three years, I bring a unique and knowledgeable approach to pet sitting. Currently furthering my education to become a farm animal veterinarian, my passion for animals extends beyond just cats and dogs; I have experience caring for a wide range of creatures, from reptiles to goats. My background as a veterinary assistant equips me with the skills to provide exceptional care tailored to your pet's specific needs. I understand the importance of proper husbandry and can administer medications, monitor vital signs, and recognize early signs of illness or distress. Whether your pet has special medical needs, I am confident in my ability to manage their care effectively and ensure their well-being. Your pet's health and happiness are my top priorities, and I am committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment for them while you're away. From playtime and exercise to cuddles and comfort, I will go above and beyond to ensure your pet feels secure, loved, and happy in my care. Choose me, and experience the peace of mind that comes with knowing your pet is in the best possible hands. As a pre-veterinary student deeply immersed in the world of animal care, incorporating pet care into my daily routine feels not just natural, but essential. My academic pursuits and hands-on experiences seamlessly intertwine, creating a synergistic relationship that enriches both my understanding of veterinary medicine and my ability to provide compassionate care for animals. Balancing my studies with volunteer work at local animal hospitals has provided invaluable insights into the practical aspects of pet care. From assisting with routine check-ups to observing complex surgical procedures, I've gained a firsthand understanding of the diverse needs of animals and the importance of proactive healthcare. These experiences have reinforced my commitment to pursuing a career in veterinary medicine and have instilled in me a deep sense of responsibility for the well-being of every animal under my care. Moreover, the flexibility of my schedule as a student allows me to dedicate ample time to pet care responsibilities. Whether it's providing daily walks, administering medications, or simply offering companionship, I'm able to tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each animal. By seamlessly integrating pet care into my daily routine, I not only fulfill my responsibilities as a caregiver but also gain invaluable experience that will undoubtedly serve me well in my future career as a veterinarian. With a bustling menagerie of six beloved pets, my days are filled with a symphony of purrs, squeaks, and happy barks! From the tiniest hermit crab to my loyal canine companion, each member of my furry (and not-so-furry) family receives an abundance of love and personalized care. My two hermit crabs, Steve and Mantis, reside in a carefully curated habitat, complete with climbing structures, hiding spots, and a variety of shells to choose from. I ensure their environment is always clean and humid, providing them with a balanced diet of fresh fruits, vegetables, and commercial crab food. Meanwhile, my guinea pigs, Twix and Peppa, enjoy spacious accommodations filled with cozy hideaways, chew toys, and plenty of fresh hay. Daily cuddle sessions and regular cage cleanings ensure their happiness and well-being. Of course, no discussion of my pets would be complete without mentioning my feline companion, Opal, and my faithful dog, Babii. Opal, a sleek and sophisticated tabby, receives endless head scratches, engaging playtime sessions, and a constant supply of premium catnip. As for Babii, my beloved dog, she’s been my loyal sidekick since I was just 10 years old. From playful romps in the park to comforting cuddles on the couch, our bond is unbreakable, and I cherish every moment we spend together.

“Denise is gentle, sweet and soft spoken by nature. This is sensed easily by our cats, who normally shy away from visitors. Instead they come out to greet her and play with her. Most importantly, Denise is great at giving 1 of our cats her medicine via syringe. Very glad to have found her.”
