About: I’ve always had a love for animals. My family always tells me I’d be a good dog/cat sitter because of how much I love playing and spending time with animals I’m currently attending school to become an Xray Tech. While school takes up most of my time, I don’t have time for a full time job so I’m looking to offer my help to those who need help with their fur babies whenever I can I love and care for others animals the same way I’d care for my own. About: Cozy area, lots of attention, run with dog, walk around yard, can meet my dogs! Lots of playtime, food & water, outside time. I’ve owned dogs for over 10 years in my family, I’ve dogsat before in a clients home for a week, whom was also a diabetic, so I had to also give insulin. I am a huge dog lover, and always love being around them. We can go to dog parks, take plenty of walks around the neighborhood, and have great treats! I hope to provide great hospitality for your dog or dogs, and have them enjoy their time just as much as I would be. By letting me watch your dogs, I will make sure we all have the best time together! **please ask about availability during the week as the options on here aren’t the best** I have a full time job during the week.. On weekdays I am usually available on Mondays after 6pm, Tuesdays after 5pm, and Fridays after 5pm! Weekends vary, I’ll do my best to keep my calendar updated! It depends on what the client wants me to do to care for them! Making sure they go to the bathroom, hanging out with them inside, taking them for a walk, etc. overall, I like to make sure the pet(s) are getting attention and being entertained.

I spent the past 5 years working as a Senior Caregiver in a NYC rescue organization. Rescue/Shelter work gave me varied experience with dogs and cats of all ages and temperaments. I am comfortable with both dogs and cats, small to large breeds, and from newborn to elderly. It teaches us how to use stress reduction techniques in all our interactions with them. A shelter is a very stressful place for any animal, so these techniques really help to reduce their anxiety. It is my job to make an animal more comfortable with me and the environment; and I absolutely love this work! Seeing an animal open up to me is the best feeling in the world, and one that I honor by treating them with respect. They are individuals and deserve to be treated as such. I read their body language and use that as a guide on how to approach or interact with them. I’d love to hear about your pets and look forward to meeting some new munchkins! I'm currently working part time. My schedule is fairly open but will change as I take on more walking and training work. I'd like to start with walking, drop ins, and boarding services. I will eventually add training services as well. Safety will always be my number one priority. We can’t walk, play or have any fun if we are not in a safe space first.
