Paloma was fantastic and her family is wonderful. She arranged a meet and greet for her big fluff of a dog and my tiny dachshund. They got along great. My dog was happy and comfortable and relaxed when I picked him up. He had a great time emptying their toy box! I will book again.
This was our first time using Rover after having used PetsMart hotel for years, and we can definitely say we will probably never go back. Sam was so reassuring that Bentley would be in good hands and we can tell from all of the updates we received, that we picked the right person. The kids loved seeing the update pictures with messages from Bentley. We will absolutely be booking with Sam in the future. He was the absolute best!!
Marci is the best! She’s so kind, gentle, and was amazing with my cats. I truly felt so secure and at peace knowing she was watching my babies. She’s communicative, careful with your cats, and treats them as your own. She’s also really knowledgeable. I know my cats felt safe and happy being in her care. Dana is a great listener, followed our every expectations & then some. The pictures received didn't even look like the pugs were even over @ another home, which made us feel so relieved & relaxed🥰🤗. You could tell they were really cared for & loved as if they were her owned.

Barbara was such an amazing host to our puppy Astra! She sent over plenty of pictures and a wonderful video of our pup playing with her dogs. Astra had a great time and came home absolutely exhausted which is a rare sight. Looking forward to booking with her again!
