“If I could give her 10 stars I would. I am very hesitant of who I leave my dog with. Roxann made me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety. My dog is on antibiotics and she had so problem at all giving her her meds and making sure she was happy. She would update me multiple times a day and send pictures. My dog is house broken but idk why she had an accident in the house and I as an owner was so embarrassed but Roxann did not make me feel bad about it at all. I would recommend her to anyone. Paloma was fantastic and her family is wonderful. She arranged a meet and greet for her big fluff of a dog and my tiny dachshund. They got along great. My dog was happy and comfortable and relaxed when I picked him up. He had a great time emptying their toy box! I will book again.
This was our first time using Rover after having used PetsMart hotel for years, and we can definitely say we will probably never go back. Sam was so reassuring that Bentley would be in good hands and we can tell from all of the updates we received, that we picked the right person. The kids loved seeing the update pictures with messages from Bentley. We will absolutely be booking with Sam in the future. He was the absolute best!!

Saya and David are absolutely incredible pet sitters! They sent us plenty of updates about Cricket’s stay. They also were so wonderfully kind to her; snuggling her, playing fetch, basically treating her like she was their own family member. I’ve never felt so safe leaving my pup before!
Rosie had a great time at Kevin’s house with his dog and the other pups he was boarding. She came back happy and relaxed. Kevin was very thorough when we met up, and he asked lots of questions so that I would feel safe leaving Rosie. I’m very happy with the experience and I will use Kevin again soon.
Rocky just spent 4 days with Cinthia and her adorable dog Zoey. He had the best time and was so well taken care of. Cinthia sent me pictures and texts to let me know how he was doing which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend her and I would use her again.
