About: I’ve owned and cared for cats, dogs, fish, rodents and reptiles for more than 45 years. I would be happy to share the love with your furry (or otherwise) family members too. I currently have a sheepadoodle that loves other dogs and people, so he would love to have a playmate to come and take walks and spend time with us. I currently work from home so I have plenty of freedom to spoil all the pets in my care. I do look after my 3 year old grandson sometimes so getting along with children would be an important quality if your pet should come to stay with me. I have a fenced yard and a very friendly sheepadoodle that gets along with both dogs and cats. We love to go on walks too.

“Caroline went above and beyond for us when our vacation turned tragic with the sudden illness and passing of my grandmother-in-law that required multiple changes of plans to accommodate the changing situation. She was extremely flexible when our vet informed us that she recommends daily visits rather than every two days after a behavioural checkup right before our trip. Then, there was Grandma’s situation, where Caroline quickly accommodated adding one more day, and then, as the situation progressed, went to great lengths to ensure we were covered no matter what for an additional 3 days. Not only that, but she gave Lucy plenty of love and ensured she was well taken-care-of. To top it all off, she also took the cutest photos and brought in our packages. House was super clean when we got back. We’ll definitely be using her again”

About: Hello! Meet a terrier trapped in a human body. I am an absolute lover of all dogs from the cutest little teacup to the biggest mastiff. I have always had a dog throughout my adult life. My past dogs have been adopted as puppies and as adult rescues, each of which requires a unique set of skills and responsiveness. You can trust that whether you have an energetic bundle of playfullness or a reserved, quiet couch buddy, they will receive an abundance of love and care from me. I match animals where they are and respond to what they need from me. Over my lifetime, I have cared for all kinds of animals, from cats, dogs, birds, fish and backyard chickens, to more exotic animals like chameleons, red-eared slider turtles, guinea pigs and other rodents, and even sheep, goats, and horses. I am currently a pet parent to two foster cats turned adopted felines, two guinea pigs, and two turtles. Being around animals brings me a deep sense of joy, peace, and fulfillment, and it is my utmost goal to return that same feeling to the animals in my life. I work part-time from home in Swarthmore, PA. As an animal lover who just can't get enough, I want to add pet-stting and dog-walking to my schedule to fill that well of animal love I already have. In rare instances, I will not be able to accept same-day requests, but otherwise, I should be able to meet your needs. Currently, I am taking drop in or occasional visits only. I am unable to add weekly walks or visits, but I can definitely fill in while you find the right sitter or help when your regular sitter is unavailable. As the owner of many types of animals with many different needs, I understand that caring for your pet in exactly the way you ask me to is of utmost importance. I will enter you home, approach your animal/s, provide care, and exit in the exact way you ask me to. I adore dogs and need them in my life but i don’t want to my own right now. Your dog helps me keep my day moving. I have a door to the patio outside of my office/bedroom. The only issue would be dogs who can’t do stairs. We have a pee spot in the patio if it’s really bad weather.

About: I can take any type of animals!! Crazy, big, small, etc. I love em all. I’m very outgoing with them! And love playing and going on walks and talking to the animals!! My mom worked on Rover for a few years and I always helped out when her clients wanted her care but she wasn’t available. We had dogs stay at our house and it was just as fun for me as it was for them! My mom helped me realize this type of job and without a doubt I would love to do what she did! I am currently a student at Widener University. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I go to class 9 am to 10:50 am and I have another class from 1pm to 1:50pm. Mondays I am blocked off from 2pm to 4pm unfortunately. Tuesdays and Thursdays I have a class at 9:30 to 10:50. For Tuesdays I go into the office 12-6pm but can always do a stop in before then! And Thursdays I have a later lecture from 6pm to 8pm. With my school schedule I have no problem making times work during the weekday! Weekends I basically have open availability. I have them in my view at all times!! I have good communications with dogs and make sure their needs are met by their body language.

We both work from home so we will stay with your pet. With our flexible schedule, we'll be able to keep to your dog's normal routine and schedule with walks, potty, meal time, and play time! We have crates, beds, and plenty of treats and toys. We also have a huge fenced-in yard where we can play fetch and run around. I believe dogs need to be stimulated mentally and physically. In addition to getting good exercise through daily walks, I also have lots of toys and balls, sniff mats, lick mats, and food puzzles. I also enjoy training dogs so your dog may come home having learned a new trick!

About: I’ve owned and cared for cats, dogs, fish, rodents and reptiles for more than 45 years. I would be happy to share the love with your furry (or otherwise) family members too. I currently have a sheepadoodle that loves other dogs and people, so he would love to have a playmate to come and take walks and spend time with us. I currently work from home so I have plenty of freedom to spoil all the pets in my care. I do look after my 3 year old grandson sometimes so getting along with children would be an important quality if your pet should come to stay with me. I have a fenced yard and a very friendly sheepadoodle that gets along with both dogs and cats. We love to go on walks too.
“David is clearly such a kind soul who knows and cares a lot about the dogs he works with. My 2 dogs had the pleasure of staying at his home while we went on vacation. He made me feel more than comfortable in his ability to care for my dogs and even asked me a few questions to double check he knew all he needed to know. He was easy to get in touch with, sent me pictures and kept me updated! He was also extremely accommodating with pick up/drop off timing. My dogs came home happy. I would 100% ask David to care for my dogs again. He's great with dogs and quite a pleasure to speak with. 5 Stars!”
“Leaving my fur baby with Michell and his husband was a smooth and easy process . Michell was very accommodating and communicated with me throughout the stay. I do wish I received videos but the pictures sufficed. Stache wanted to play with the big dogs and not the ones his size 😩😩… overall it was a pleasant booking. I was nervous as this was my first time.”

About: Hi, there! I'm Alisia. I just recently moved to Grays Ferry, Philadelphia from West Palm Beach, Florida where i was born and raised. I'm very reliable and dependable! My home is located around the corner from the Lanier dog park. I do have two friendly doggies that love other dogs and to keep your pets company. This is all I do now, and I love it! My only job is pet care. I previously worked 5 1/2 years at a Full-service pet boarding and daycare facility. I have given medicine,diabetes shots, accommodated special needs doggies and special diets. If your baby needs their own space we have an empty room they can make their own sanctuary. If your dog needs to be crated we can do that also. I understand and respect that it is a struggle to leave your pet in the care of a new person. I will do everything I can to make both you and your pet feel comfortable in my care. I make sure to keep their water bowls full, and their tummies happy. I am immune to the puppy dog eyes and meows, and I fall hard for tummy rubs! I am available 7 days a week and very flexible. For added peace of mind, I absolutly love to provide owners with regular photo updates. Your dog becomes part of the family, not just a guest. Also I provide bottled water at all times. “Host is a good communicator and very time conscious. He sent in pics and kept us informed of how the pups were doing. We left our Husky and Lab babies with Brian. They had plenty of exercise in the back yard with other dogs, a total of 6 when we boarded ours. We would definitely rebook with him !”

“John took amazing care of our 7.5 month old puppy Rufus. This was Rufus's first ever overnight stay away from us, and was in preparation for a longer stay coming up in November. We definitely feel reassured that Rufus is in the best possible care staying here. Given his young age, we needed someone who could provide Rufus with a pretty high level of attention and John really delivered on that! He sent us lots of photos and detailed updates about how Rufus was getting on, and was patient and understanding about Rufus's puppy behaviours. We appreciated that he even worked on some training techniques with Rufus during his stay. When we picked him up, Rufus seemed very torn about whether to stay with John and Parker or to come home with us! Thank you John!”
