About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was a teenager and have experience with a wide variety of breeds and personalities. Currently, I have a 4-year-old German Shepherd/Lab mix and a 4-month-old Jack Russell Terrier. Over the years, I’ve owned and cared for German Shepherds, Beagles, Pit Bulls, Jack Russells, Labradors, and Schnauzers, and at one point had as many as six dogs. I’ve also owned a cat and have experience caring for cats as well. Friends frequently trust me to pet sit for them, and I genuinely love spending time with animals. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, playful, or needs a little extra patience, I’ll treat them like they’re my own. I also am a Volunteer Dog walker and caregiver at Columbia Animal Shelter. I have a very flexible schedule and am committed to providing reliable, attentive care while you’re away. I’m currently in the army and work 2-3 days a week.my husband stays at home full time. I have a very flexible schedule. I care for every pet as if they were my own. In my client’s home, I follow their pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), and plenty of attention and affection. I know how important consistency is for pets, especially when their owners are away. If caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, clean, and supervised environment with regular potty breaks, exercise, playtime, fresh water, and lots of love. I pay close attention to each pet’s individual needs, personality, and comfort level to help them feel secure and happy.

“All that is necessary to say about Kristin is that when we came home it was as if we had never left. Everyone was calm and relaxed and clearly well taken care of, and the dogs very clearly missed her for a couple of days after we got home! When we first met, the dogs took to her immediately, and she was so at ease with them. She is clearly an expert in her field! She sent photo and video updates every day and asked questions when she needed to, but she was very independent about the whole sitting experience. We were able to enjoy our trip without any issues. About: I’ve had dogs and cats in my household for as long as I can remember. Friends and family have trusted me to check in on and care for the pets for years now and I always love getting to know the inside personalities of your furry friends! I’m currently living with my parents while I’m on break from college and working a few odd jobs here and there to make extra money, so I have a very adjustable schedule that allows for plenty of time to care for your pets! I have a fenced in back yard and a pretty spacious house. I do have a dog who loves other dogs so they can certainly play together if applicable. My two cats would largely just ignore/avoid animals they aren’t familiar with. In your home I can adjust to whatever your pet’s individual needs are.

“Jonathan saved our vacation. We had booked with another sitter that never showed up, so we were messaging other sitters frantically on Rover. Jonathan responded very quickly, accepted the job, and showed up within half an hour. I introduced him to the dogs and they immediately loved him. Throughout the week he provided updates and photos. He took them for walks to a local park and around the neighborhood. After a nightmare of a start to our vacation, Jonathan put our minds completely at ease. I’ve worked with many special needs pets, including my own blind special needs kitty. Please note, I do board both cats and dogs, and they must not be aggressive in anyway. “One of our sweet fur babies recently received some bad news from our vet. This was our first time leaving him since his diagnosis, & I was so worried. Between that & my work schedule being so hectic, the lead up to our trip out of town was just a mess. Stephanie made everything SO much easier for us. Knowing she was caring for them while we were away put me totally at ease. She is kind, patient, communicative, & so very thoughtful. I loved getting updates and check-ins from her. Our cat has had a very poor appetite, & she went above and beyond to try to get him to eat—which means the world to me. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust with your pets—especially if one of them is ill or takes medication—but Stephanie is the BEST!”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 9 years old and have experience with dogs of different breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. I had a Labrador Retriever and Weimaraner mix who was absolutely precious. She passed away on April 3, 2026, which was very difficult, but caring for her taught me a lot about responsibility, patience, and the importance of providing dogs with love and attention. I currently have a Boxer, a Cocker Spaniel, and a Chihuahua, so I’m comfortable handling both large and small breeds. Through caring for my own dogs and helping family members and friends with theirs, I’ve gained experience with feeding schedules, walks, playtime, basic grooming, administering medications when needed, and making sure dogs feel safe and comfortable in their environment. I’m familiar with different energy levels and temperaments, from active, playful dogs who need plenty of exercise to older or more relaxed dogs who prefer a calmer routine. Family and friends know they can rely on me to provide dependable and attentive care for their pets. I always make sure every dog is happy, well-fed, exercised, and given plenty of love and attention while their owners are away. My goal is to treat every dog as if they were my own and ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for at all times. I currently work part time and attend college classes, so I understand the importance of being organized and responsible with my time. My classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and I typically work Friday evenings. My work schedule is posted about a week and a half in advance, which allows me to communicate my availability clearly and plan ahead for pet care. Outside of those commitments, I have a flexible schedule and spend most of my time at home. I am committed to providing reliable care, regular updates, and plenty of attention to every pet. Whether it’s feeding, walks, playtime, administering basic medications, or simply keeping a dog company, I make sure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owner is away. I have a securely fenced backyard where dogs can safely play, explore, and get plenty of exercise. I also have three friendly dogs who are well socialized and enjoy meeting new canine friends. I always supervise introductions and interactions to make sure every dog feels comfortable and safe. For dogs that are crate trained or need their own space, I have both a small crate and a large crate available. I understand that every dog has different needs and routines, and I do my best to accommodate them. Whether your dog loves to play, relax, or stick to a specific schedule, I’ll make sure they receive the care, attention, and comfort they deserve while you’re away.
