About: I’ve had dogs since I was a kid, and I have raised two dogs myself along with my wife. I’ve also watched plenty of friends pets while they are out of town I work remote, so I often have free gaps throughout the day when I can take my dogs on walks or stop by for a visit. I have two incredibly friendly golden retrievers, but there is also plenty of space in my house along with a yard in case pets need space.
About: Hi! I've been fostering dogs from a local shelter for a little over 2 years. In that time, I've helped about 20 dogs find their forever families. There's been dogs in our home ranging in age from 9 months to 9 years, all with a different story. Abused, neglected, owner surrender, stray, court case holds, seniors, puppies, overweight, super skinny and anything else you can think of! I treated them all with empathy and showered them affection to earn their trust and love. Many of my former fosters come for visits while their owners are on vacation. Any pup that comes through my doors will be cared for and treated with respect, just like my fosters! I work at a school, so I'm currently on summer break. When school is in session, I work Monday to Friday 9-1, and I'm off evenings, weekends and holidays. I also work in the town in which I reside, so my commute is less than 5 minutes, meaning I'm close by! I have a fully fenced in yard, crates and dog beds in various sizes, bowls, blankets and mounds of toys. I'm also comfortable administering medication if needed.

Monica arrived on time for the scheduled visits. She followed all directions and most importantly took excellent care of my dog, Lucy. Lucy is a senior dog that we rescued from a past of neglect and abuse. She is not welcoming to strangers. However, Monica was able to gain her trust. She ate meals and there were no "accidents or damage" in the house. The frequent photos and reports reassured me all was well at home.
We had such a wonderful experience with Deanna! This was our first time using her, and from the moment we met, I felt 100% comfortable leaving our dogs in her care. You can immediately tell how much she genuinely loves dogs and how caring she is with them. It was so nice to be able to go away and truly relax, knowing our dogs were in such good hands.
