About: Hi! I've been fostering dogs from a local shelter for a little over 2 years. In that time, I've helped about 20 dogs find their forever families. There's been dogs in our home ranging in age from 9 months to 9 years, all with a different story. Abused, neglected, owner surrender, stray, court case holds, seniors, puppies, overweight, super skinny and anything else you can think of! I treated them all with empathy and showered them affection to earn their trust and love. Many of my former fosters come for visits while their owners are on vacation. Any pup that comes through my doors will be cared for and treated with respect, just like my fosters! I work Monday to Friday 9-1, and I'm off evenings, weekends and holidays. I also work in the town in which I reside, so my commute is less than 5 minutes, meaning I'm close by! I have a fully fenced in yard, crates and dog beds in various sizes, bowls, blankets and mounds of toys. I'm also comfortable administering medication if needed.

About: What sets me apart from other dog caregivers is my genuine love for dogs and the experience I’ve gained from being a dog owner for many years. I currently own a beautiful pit bull that is 11 years old ,her name is Blue. Before my dog Blue, , I owned a miniature pinscher for 14 years who passed away from old age and being ill.I understand that every dog has its own personality, needs, and routines. About: I can’t remember a time I didn’t have a pet of some sort under my care! From dogs, to birds, to fish, to frogs, I’ve really done it all! Lucy is a senior dog that we rescued from a past of neglect and abuse. She is not welcoming to strangers. However, Monica was able to gain her trust. She ate meals and there were no "accidents or damage" in the house. The frequent photos and reports reassured me all was well at home.
