As a lifelong animal lover and pet owner myself, I understand that every animal has their own personality, routine, and individual needs. I've cared for dogs my entire life. Prior to having children, I had a pack of 4 lovely rescue dogs! I've watched, walked, and cared for many dogs over the years for family, friends, and neighbors. I've raised several puppies as well. I'm home all day so I am available for multiple drop-ins, walks and play sessions, as well as sleepover stays at my house. Your dog will get plenty of attention while you're away! :) I have a fenced yard and a 7 year-old Mini Labradoodle, Duke, to keep your pup company. Duke loves having friends come over! He's a very good host and doesn't mind sharing his mom or the bed! Your dog can stay the night uncrated, or crated if that is your wish. If your dog is more comfortable staying in their own home, I can drop in as many times as needed for feedings, potty breaks, walks and playtime, or just some snuggle time- whatever makes your dog happy! I can also accommodate a combination of both drop-ins and time spent at my house as well. I can host multiple dogs at a time, with owner consent, as long as I know the dogs well enough to feel confident they will get along. Most enjoy the company like a fun sleepover party, whether they play all day or just enjoy quiet naps together! However, if you have concerns about multiple guest, please let me know.

About: Hi! I've been fostering dogs from a local shelter for a little over 2 years. In that time, I've helped about 20 dogs find their forever families. There's been dogs in our home ranging in age from 9 months to 9 years, all with a different story. Abused, neglected, owner surrender, stray, court case holds, seniors, puppies, overweight, super skinny and anything else you can think of! I treated them all with empathy and showered them affection to earn their trust and love. Many of my former fosters come for visits while their owners are on vacation. Any pup that comes through my doors will be cared for and treated with respect, just like my fosters! I work Monday to Friday 9-1, and I'm off evenings, weekends and holidays. I also work in the town in which I reside, so my commute is less than 5 minutes, meaning I'm close by! I have a fully fenced in yard, crates and dog beds in various sizes, bowls, blankets and mounds of toys. I'm also comfortable administering medication if needed.

Monica arrived on time for the scheduled visits. She followed all directions and most importantly took excellent care of my dog, Lucy. Lucy is a senior dog that we rescued from a past of neglect and abuse. She is not welcoming to strangers. However, Monica was able to gain her trust. Tori is all you would hope to have in a pet sitter. She clearly loves animals and after several visits to my home at this point- I always come back to relaxed and obviously well taken care of kitties and doggies.
