13. Angel & Annette S.
“I have been friends with Angel for over two decades. She is an amazing person. There were always dogs growing up in the home. When she moved out on her own she got a dog named Justice. I have never seen another person care for something so much than I have with Angel. This was very evident in his old age and his medical conditions. Justice came first, no social or financial obligation was going to get in the way of her love for him. She went above and beyond and he could not have been choosen by a better mom.”
