About: I've grown up with both dogs and cats and have taken care of them for as long as I can remember. While I've mostly worked with medium to large sized dogs, small dogs and cats are great as well and I have experience playing, walking, feeding, and bathing animals in all walks of life. Lee took excellent care of our three cats on short notice. He asks really good questions beforehand, and sends detailed reports with lots of pictures for each drop-in. We were nervous about leaving them alone for two days, but they were in really good hands. He also walked our big dog before when we were gone for a long evening, and our (nervous) dog seemed happy and tuckered out. Will request Lee any time we need pet care!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
