I want to insure animals are cared for in a safe and healthy environment. The biggest priority is the well being of the pet by ensuring a secure and nurturing setting. Any services provided in-home will be done so with respect to privacy and confidentiality of the pet-parents home and any sensitive information will be handled with care.

Medical needs- if the pets take medicine, need specific exercise, or just need wrapped in a blanket. Medical needs are biggest thing for me to know. In that regard- their energy level, how they interact socially, and their favorite things (ex. ball, swimming, head pats).
A typical day
Walking is great for dogs- but I love to provide an outlet for the dogs to experience a certain sense of freedom too, which can still be achieved with on-leash walking. Letting a pet have their own time to sniff, process, and exercise in a consistent routine, but providing various means of doing so through hiking, swimming, or exploring new places. I will often run with the dogs.

Previously moved from West Virginia where I did daily walks and pet sitting full-time after leaving a career in Public Health. I would take my clients on walks, hiking, running in fields, or swimming. My services are tailored based on the needs of the dog, family’s needs, and providing necessary pet sitting services when needed both in-home and boarding. Certified through the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters and first aid trained.
