About: I am an MCC student looking for professional pet care hours for a vet tech certification and hopefully an associates in applied sciences. I have experience taking care of dogs, cats, rats, reptiles, and a rainbow of other animals. I have classes on Mondays, and lab at least once a week for 2 hours at 6 am or 4pm. The rest of my week is completely flexible. I typically do a walk around a client’s backyard to make sure animals are securely fenced in. I will always dump and refresh any water bowls, unless told otherwise. Animals I do not know, I approach slowly with treats, and I watch their body language. Any aggressive animals will be left alone for their safety and mine, until I talk to the client about the next step. When walking, I try to avoid other dogs and make sure water is always available when needed. Lastly, I always make sure every door is locked and all animals are safe before leaving.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was young. I have 3 dogs of my own. All very friendly. Two more matured ladies and one younger with a bit more energy. I also have grooming experience if requested. I work Monday- Friday from 7am-4pm but i am home the rest of the time. I go for walks around the neighborhood, to the Timber creek dog park or even play in the backyard. I have a fenced in yard, plenty of room inside to run and play, and a nice neighborhood to go on walks. Both of my dogs are crated during the day but yours doesn’t need to be. I allow them to roam all day when I’m home and at night.

About: I can’t remember a time I didn’t have a pet of some sort under my care! From dogs, to birds, to fish, to frogs, I’ve really done it all! While I don’t have a furry friend of my own yet in vet school, I would love to take yours in and treat them like my own. I’ve already dedicated my life to the wellbeing of animals—why not include yours in that too! I’m currently a veterinary student so my schedule is a bit dynamic! Her stay with Madeline was wonderful. She coaxed her to eat, separated her from all dogs except her little terrier, and was forgiving of Pinky’s incontinence. While I hope tomorrow at Pinky’s neurologist visit we can get some answers and Pinky will be strong enough to be left alone after the holidays, if we need daycare again we will definitely be back.”

About: Hi! I've been fostering dogs from a local shelter for a little over 2 years. In that time, I've helped about 20 dogs find their forever families. There's been dogs in our home ranging in age from 9 months to 9 years, all with a different story. Abused, neglected, owner surrender, stray, court case holds, seniors, puppies, overweight, super skinny and anything else you can think of! I treated them all with empathy and showered them affection to earn their trust and love. Many of my former fosters come for visits while their owners are on vacation. Any pup that comes through my doors will be cared for and treated with respect, just like my fosters! I work at a school, so I'm currently on summer break. When school is in session, I work Monday to Friday 9-1, and I'm off evenings, weekends and holidays. I also work in the town in which I reside, so my commute is less than 5 minutes, meaning I'm close by! I have a fully fenced in yard, crates and dog beds in various sizes, bowls, blankets and mounds of toys. I'm also comfortable administering medication if needed.

Any pup that comes through my doors will be cared for and treated with respect, just like my fosters! I work at a school, so I'm currently on summer break. When school is in session, I work Monday to Friday 9-1, and I'm off evenings, weekends and holidays. I also work in the town in which I reside, so my commute is less than 5 minutes, meaning I'm close by! I have a fully fenced in yard, crates and dog beds in various sizes, bowls, blankets and mounds of toys. I'm also comfortable administering medication if needed.

“I am so so glad I found Victoria on Rover -- highly recommend if you need a sitter for your animal bb! <33 My dog has some health issues which affect his diet, and is a generally shy / anxious lil guy (like myself), and I can't express how grateful and secure I felt knowing Theo felt safe, cared for, and happy while I was away. Victoria has so much experience and compassion working with animals, and you can absolutely tell by her kindness, attentive care, and communication. I appreciated every message and cute picture of my pup Theo on walks, smiling, and relaxing with Victoria (and Remi, Nova, and Luey!) In addition, I appreciated the add-on booking allowing Victoria to come pick and drop Theo off. The ease of the booking and Victoria being such a lovely sitter eased so much of my mental load and stress of traveling and being away from my pup, and I can't recommend her enough.
