“Theresa has done nothing but provide the most TLC for my Zara. She's done an amazing job paying attention to her behaviors and accommodated to her wants. Zara hates the rain and wanted to turn back around before the 30 min was up. Instead of leaving, Theresa sat with Zara and gave her all the butt scratches and extra love. We will def continue to use Theresa for our old girls needs.”

“I’ve been using Erika for months now and she never fails to put a smile on my face with his Rover card and is so incredibly understanding, patient, and flexible. I sincerely don’t know what I would do without her.”

About: I have 10+ years of experience caring for dogs. I’ve cared for my own pets as well as family members’ and neighbors’ dogs, including handling different temperaments. I’m currently off for the summer, so I have plenty of time to give your pets the attention they need. In the fall, I may still have limited availability on certain days depending on my schedule. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I’ll treat your home with care, keeping everything clean, tidy, and organized. I won’t bring anyone over — just me and your pet, focused on keeping them happy and stress-free.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 5 years and am the proud dog mom of Bella, my sweet 5-year-old pup. I have experience supporting dogs of all sizes and temperaments—including administering oral medications and even subcutaneous fluids when needed. What sets me apart is the heart I bring to each pet I care for. I have a strong wellness background and lead with calm, nurturing energy. I’ve taught fitness classes for over 15 years, so your pup will get plenty of movement, playtime, and gentle structure. My fiancé, a former Marine, often stays with me, and together we value safety, consistency, and creating a loving environment. Whether your dog needs extra affection, senior support, or a good long walk, I meet them right where they are—with patience, compassion, and respect. Pet care fits beautifully into my weekly routine. I’m available Tuesday through Saturday for walks, drop-ins, or daytime care. My schedule is flexible, and I prioritize giving pets the attention and consistency they deserve. Whether it's a morning walk, midday check-in, or extended daytime care, I’ll work with your pet’s needs to keep them happy and safe. I treat every pet like family—with patience, love, and safety top of mind. In my home, pets have access to a clean, cozy, and pet-safe environment with space to relax and play. I never leave pets unsupervised outside and follow each owner’s care instructions carefully, including feeding, medication, and routines. I’m also experienced in administering medications and monitoring for signs of stress or illness. Whether in my home or on a walk, your pet’s well-being is my priority.

“Emily is the best! She has been doing weekly walks with my husky and he loves it. She always gives me great reports on how the walk went and let’s me know if anything happened I need to know. This week she let me know he had a few instances of vomiting during the walk and turned out he had an obstruction that required emergency surgery. Without her due diligence I might not have caught it in time. Such a fantastic pet guru!”

About: Hi, my name is Marley, I am currently home in CT from studying my undergraduate degree at Oregon State University where I am about to start my final year come the Fall. Since I was 10 years old, I have volunteered at local dog and cat shelters whenever I have a couple open hours within the day: CPR (Companion Pet Rescue, Southbury CT), Heartland Humane Society (Corvallis OR), and Safe Haven Humane Society (Tangent OR). I have been dog sitting and cat sitting for local families for over 5 years just to help out and absolutely love it. I am always responsible of a pet’s health and prioritize them always. I currently have a part-time job where I do not work longer than 3-4 hours in a day (I only work about 2 days a week), so I have a wide open schedule and will prioritize visiting, hanging out, and caring for your animal before anything else :) I think that one of the most important jobs as a pet sitter is making sure nothing is rushed, which is why I spend as much time as needed with the animals I watch. I think it is crucial to make sure the animals are happy and healthy both when I arrive and when I leave. I love to take dogs on long walks, play with them outside, and give them the care they need (from feeding to outside time). As for cats, I think they deserve the same amount of attention and I will never pass up the opportunity to give a cat some pets!

About: I'm strong enough to where no matter the size of the dog, I can move them in and out of cars, houses, bath tubs, dog beds, anywhere they need to go without hurting them. Moreover, I've seen the full breadth of a dog's life between the 2 who I've owned from puppyhood to old age. I know the carrot and the stick that young dogs need to grow up well-adjusted, and I know the special needs that elderly dogs often have. Any lesson I've learned from rearing a dog, I made a point to never forget it. I'm currently between jobs and desire to exercise more, so I've got plenty of time and motivation to play with your dogs. Be it walkies, fetch, tug-of-war, or just running around, I'm your Huckleberry (hound?). My dogs keep within an invisible fence and take the older one out on a leash whenever he needs to slow down in his old age. They don't play much any more, but even back when they did, I was the undefeated tug-of-war champion of this and any other house. Any discipline is issued verbally, with the only physical discipline being holding their mouth closed while I scold them. Thankfully, they're well-trained and well-mannered enough to where I don't need to scold them often. They're good dogs, unless you're a snapping turtle.

About: I have had animals all my life and understand the strong bond we form with our pets and how difficult it is to be away from them. I am committed to taking care of your pet like they're my own. I have experience caring for pets of all kinds and ages, from dogs and cats to fish and guinea pigs. I have experience taking care of puppies and kittens as well as senior dogs and cats with conditions like diabetes. I love going on long walks with dogs and playing with cats, and hope to befriend your pet! I am working part-time this summer so my schedule is very flexible and I have a lot of availability. Please reach out with any questions! I will maintain your pets routine and am committed to providing your pet with a fun and safe time while you're away. I am also very tidy and will leave your house better than I found it.

About: I have had pets; mainly dogs my whole life. It’s so important to give them attention, play with them and to walk them on a consistent basis for them to be happy. I have done this for numerous people over the past 5 years I currently am looking to care for dogs and to walk dogs to supplement my income. I am very ambitious and love being outdoors walking my own dogs; it’s vital for them to get that exercise daily! I have two high energy dogs that are very friendly and playful; they would love to share their happiness and walks with other dogs! I have administered medications and often gives bathes after walks- especially after they roll in something on the walk or run thru mud.

About: Bookin are exclusive unless both pet families agree in advance to an overlap in services between trusted, non-reactive and social repeat clients. ABOUT ME: I'm an experienced caregiver whose strength is listening to your pet and their owner. I started dog walking and pet sitting to cope with the grief of losing my two senior dogs and it couldn't be going better. (Shout out to all the pets who supported me during that time!) If your dog, cat, fish, hamster or unicorn is aging, anxious, dramatic, grouchy, dribbly, clingy or just a bit of a nosepicker, I love them already. If they're well-behaved, that's okay too! Please be clear about your pet's rules, otherwise we'll be watching movies and eating Dorito's while you're on vacation. I will love your pet like family and treat them like a friend while making them feel safe, secure and comfortable. Reservations do not overlap. Whether it's walking or boarding, your pets will be my one and only focus. I'll be home with them most of the day and night. When/if I do have to leave them alone, it will be briefly and not before they have really settled in, which usually takes a night. I live alone in a 2 BR condo on the second floor of a fourplex in Heritage Village with fenced balcony. (I'm not of retirement age, but while caregiving for my Mom, I built strong connections with other residents. I live near sidewalked areas or can drive to dog-friendly (but not off leash) parks. The condo is on the second floor, so there are a couple steps in the the foyer and a straight flight of carpeted stairs. Crates are welcome if part of your dog's regular routine, but are not required. I can provide litter box and litter unless your cat insists on their own.

About: I've taken care of animals since I was 12 years old. I have a passion for animals and treat them like they're my own children. I am a single mom of 3 wonderful children, and doing this allows me to stay home full time to take care of your loved pets! I care for pets in my own or your home as if they were my own. I like to follow your routine and schedule and make them feel as comfortable and loved as possible during their stay with me.

Cole O.
“Cole is an honest, hardworking young man. He’s Greta with my two dogs. Takes amazing care of them and is very patient with them. My 2 very high energy dogs are my babies, now that my kids are all older, and admittedly just a little spoiled. They are young and need a lot of exercise- which Cole does with them as needed. I am extremely particular about leaving them alone with anyone, but I don’t hesitate with Cole. He has the right combination of patience and authority they need. He asks questions when he appropriate and is dependable. If he says he will be there- he will. My boys adore him. Highly Recommend!!!”

I've run into issues with pet sitters I've used in the past concerning how my pets are cared for and Mair has been a breath of fresh air. Each time I return home, I know my cat and dog have been loved and treated well. Very reliable, trustworthy and consistent!”

Phoebe O.
“Phoebe was my roommate for the entire year starting the end of August. Aside from being clean and helping the apartment stay clean, she has always told me about her 2 dogs, Lucy and Sadie, which are both Shih Tzu's. For medical reasons, Phoebe's father could not take care of Sadie anymore, so then she moved in with us! I was absolutely delighted that Sadie joined us in the apartment, and Sadie was always so happy and excited whenever we were around. It made sense that Sadie was always so energetic, playful, and well mannered. Phoebe always walked Sadie every day, 4 times a day, and always gave her a small treat every time. Sadie knew tricks because of this regular schedule. One weekend, Phoebe wasn't home to take care of Sadie and asked me to take care of her while she was gone, since Phoebe knew I myself had 3 dogs at home that I took care of. That's when I learned how much care went into taking care of Sadie - walking her in the morning, afternoon, evening, and before sleeping, making she she always played around and got her snacks, and was fed twice a day - and how much effort Phoebe put in to take care of her Sadie. That's why I can safely say Phoebe would be a great dog sitter and would highly recommend her. If I could post pictures here with Sadie and me, I would, but Sadie is a very happy dog because of Phoebe's love and care.”
