About: I’ve been a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats. I have two cats of my own, and over the years I’ve cared for several dogs, so I truly understand the unique personalities and energy each pet brings. Since I’m retired, I have a very open and flexible schedule, which allows me to provide attentive, consistent care and be fully present for your pet. I’m dependable, patient, and attentive to each pet’s unique routine and preferences. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I take that responsibility to heart. About: I have had dogs since I was born. I have taken care of them throughout their life, from puppy to senior. I have dog sat for many family friends and family throughout my life. I went to an ag high school and was enrolled in the vet tech program. I have handled many different animals, as well as many different ages and needs. This includes senior massages and bathing, administering medicine, feeding, exercising various animals from horses to rats. If you have any questions, please reach out. I am currently going to school full time online and have plenty of time for pups! The only day I am unavailable is Wednesday. Please message me if you need any services. I do not have a fenced in yard but I have various long lines. I am comfortable in crating and training dogs. I will treat your pets how I would treat my own, with the utmost respect and listen to them however they express themself.

About: I have been taking care of all sorts of animals almost my entire life! I have a large and very friendly dog at home (Rhodesian Ridgeback) and have always grown up with pets in the house, so I am very used to being around animals. I am able to care for any age cat or dog as well as any house sitting chores you may need! I will care for your animals as if they are my own and adapt to any of their needs! With my services, you can expect full attention and love. I would love to take them to the dog park or outside to play! I am a college student home from school and available almost every day full time. I am very flexible and attentive to your instructions! I will be available for house drop-ins and last minute bookings! I would love to be able to help you out and do whatever I can to love your babies while you’re gone! About: I am a mom to three human children, six dogs, two cats, and three horses. When my kids were younger, my "me time" was spent volunteering for various rescues and shelters. I love taking care of animals and found so much satisfaction helping out those poor little creatures who had no home to call their own! I loved it so much that I decided to start my own 501c3 nonprofit animal rescue! I figured that in doing so, I could help on a way bigger scale! Additionally, I could put more efforts in to helping people through the love of animals in need! Making the adoption process easy and fun, and making sure the humans and the pets are a wonderful match have made my rescue quite successful! Over the past 11 years I have rescued thousands of dogs, hundreds of cats, and three horses from shelters and other high risk situations! Throughout my years of taking care of pets, I have care for basically every age, breed, size, and temperament! I have also provided care on just about every level...from administering meds, IV treatments, vaccines, basic grooming, and basic training/behavior modifications. I joined Rover because I want to continue helping animals and support pet owners who need someone they can truly trust. I understand how important it is to know your pet is safe, comfortable, and cared for like family while you’re away. Being able to provide that peace of mind is something I take seriously. Every pet has unique needs, routines, and personalities. My goal is to provide consistent, attentive care while maintaining the structure and comfort your pet is used to. I also prioritize clear communication so you always feel confident and informed while your pet is in my care. My schedule has a lot of flexibility, and I am a full-time caregiver for these sweet babies! I will always do my best to be available for you and your furry family members! Pets in my home have my full supervision, and when I am unable to have my eye on them, they are either crated or in their own safe space! Our yard is fully fenced!

About: I'm currently volunteering at Whiskers Cat Rescue cleaning cages and socializing cats. I am comfortable administering medications to cats. I have owned a small dog in the past. My current cats are a wobbly boy with Cerebellar Hypoplasia and a super senior (21yrs!) old lady cat. My schedule is really flexible right now. I'm not free a few times through the week and weekend but for no longer than a few hours. I'm very patient with animals, especially more skittish ones. You need to work with them even if it takes time to develop a relationship or trust.

“Overall, I would rate Lindsay as a good pet-sitter. Prior to our vacation, she was very timely in responding to my messages and she also modified the Rover.com charges to a very reasonable rate for her visits with our 2 cats. It was while we were gone that I felt she fell short. My first issue was with her inconsistency in providing updates on the visits - there was a photo and thorough recap on the 1st day, but on subsequent days there was less detail and on one day there was no update at all. My second issue was with the timing of her visits. I had made it very clear that it was important to check in during the early afternoon, but at least twice she didn't visit until the evening. My third issue was with attention to detail - I had left very specific notes about the cats' food/water/litter and it didn't seem that she had followed them. Lastly, my greatest concern was with the well-being of our female cat and her being bullied by the male cat in our absence. We came back to find that she had a facial injury and had urinated in a chair out of fear. All-in-all our pets were reasonably cared for, but I was definitely disappointed. Lindsay is a very nice girl and I'm sure she had the best intentions. I think the issues may have been due to lack of experience or perhaps I wasn't clear enough on stressing the importance of certain things. (To those reading this review, please note that I have very high expectations for the care of my pets and I think Lindsay is absolutely capable of meeting the needs of a less demanding client.)”

About: There are multiple reasons why I would be the perfect person to take care of your pet! I worked at Guiding eyes for the Blind where I helped train and care for labs and German shepherds. I have worked at a dog kennel and a veterinary center where I provide top care to the client's pets. I aid dogs ranging from puppies to seniors, healthy to unwell, teacup to gigantic. I have also dog sat for multiple friends for days on end. I currently have a 14 year old lab mix that I have taken care of since I was a teenager. I also have a 2 year old lab pup with tons of energy. I prefer to hike my dogs in the woods and let them explore and chase the squirrels. We play fetch and tug of war. I could do the same with your dog! With this experience, I know that dogs need lots of care and love with some fun and snuggles! I am currently going to school to be an ultrasound technician and would love some extra work on the side. My schedule changes with each semester but the best type of study breaks are outside and playing with fur babies. I will follow your instructions closely on how to properly care for your pet. I will make sure that safety is the number one concern to make sure that everyone is well taken care of.

About: Began dog walking service when I was a kid. Been talking care of a dog baby of my own for 6 years now. I like to let dogs explore and be animals. I'm not a good dog walker for you if you have them so trained that you have erased their sense of wonder. I take my dog running everyday because that's what dogs need and deserve. I love dogs more than anything and will love yours too. I take my dog to a nearby field to let her run off leash, so I am comfortable taking your dog off leash if you would like that! I am happy to dog sit small dogs in my home and sit any size dogs at your home. Look forward to meeting you!
