Hannah was exemplary in this. She was very calm and respectful to them, and our female warmed to her instantly. Our male is usually incredibly shy, but even he did not hide during her visits (just stayed high above in the loft peering down, which is “social” for him). That our cats trusted her was the biggest reassurance we could hope for. She followed our care requests to the letter and sent very cute pics while we were away.
