About: I owned a huge Malamute/Lab rescue who ended up rescuing me. I miss being around animals. I will take my time in walking and spending time with your furry family member. I just moved here from Brooklyn NY. I walked miles upon miles in the snow and rain with my Dog. I enjoy being outdoors. I have been a dental Assistant for the past 30 years, I’m more than capable in keeping calm in a tense situation. Our Dental practice was pet friendly. I was the person in charge of handling all of the pets. I had a Great Dane panic at the sound of the drill, I soothed him throughout the appointment. I’m also a trained Dog Walker. About: I have had the joy of having dogs and cats as my companions my entire life! Including 2 painted turtles and fish. I've always had a love for animals and nature. I absolutely enjoy meeting new pet friends of all kinds. I have been pet sitting here in Jacksonville for 3 years now and have had the pleasure of caring for parrots, fish, cats, and dogs. A client of mine has a cat that needs medication as well as my own dog with allergies. I've done pet sitting for my own veterinarian's small farm with ducks, chickens, mini ponies, and mini donkey's as well. I now basic training as my own dog attended puppy classes at the K9 Obedience Club of Jacksonville. In my younger years, I worked in a veterinarian clinic for 2 years. I took a different path and started a career in the medical field in a sleep lab and am now getting back to what I truly love. Pet care! Either way, I have a nurturing nature and will treat your pets just like my own! I am a stay-at-home mom currently. I pick my daughter up from school weekly and am unavailable from 1pm-2:30pm due to the commute. Otherwise, I'm available to care for or play with your pet any other time during the week. I am available anytime on the weekends. I have a large fenced in yard with two friendly dogs for your pets to play with. I crate my own dogs and can do the same for yours if need be. I give my own dog medication for her allergies and can do the same for your own. I never leave outdoor play unattended as I do have a pool. If feeding time is needed, I separate all so as to not cause issues. I give lots of love and attention!

About: I’ve been around many kinds of animals my whole life, including dogs, turtles, rabbits, fish, and guinea pigs. My childhood dog, Zoey, was an older German Shepherd who really shaped my understanding of and love for animals. I grew up in a very animal-loving family where caring for pets was seen as an important part of building responsibility and character. I’m very comfortable with big dogs and used to handling high-energy personalities. Now as an adult, I have my own dog, Aries, a sweet and playful 3-year-old Pitbull Lab mix, who I’ve had since she was a puppy. Being a dog owner myself helps me understand how important it is to fully trust the person caring for your pet. I’ve personally used Rover and had great experiences, and I’m excited to provide that same level of care, communication, and reliability to others. I genuinely love spending time with animals, whether that means going on walks, playing, or just cuddling and keeping them company. I’m currently studying biology and hope to work in the veterinary field one day, so caring for animals truly means a lot to me. I am currently just a student, so I have plenty of time for your pets! I'm home the majority of the time, except for my saturday classes and I'm available any day of the week! If I'm never not home either my sister or father will step in. My home has a big open first floor where dogs are free to hang out and make themselves comfortable. They’re also welcome to sleep in my bedroom if they like being close at night. I don’t allow pets on the couch, but they’ll always have their own comfy spots to relax. I do have a yard, and while it isn’t fenced, I use a secure leash setup so dogs can safely enjoy some outdoor time with supervision. I also use my open garage as a great shaded space for my dog to relax for 2-3 hours a day. I supervise our Ring Cameras frequently. Fresh water and a comfortable resting area are always provided.

I am great with training your pup if need be just let me know how i can assist!(: I am a dog mommy of one hyper aussiedoodle & his hooman like personality really keeps me going lol . I currently work from home - so i am available 24 hours a day - daycare , boarding or a sitter if you need a quick getaway(: I have a fenced yard available off site , as well as a dog park on site - i am able to crate your dog if needed & depending on size you may not need to bring a cage for your fur baby. The only thing i would appreciate is your fur babies particular food &/or favorite blankey or toys (although benji shares very well with his toys but who wants to slob on something someone else has already slobbed on lol - are they dogs or hoomans?) We have weekly fieldtrips - a pup cup form starbucks followed by the beach!(: I offer self care dog sundays as well (break out the coconut oil & paw balm , cucumbers anyone ?)
About: For 17 years I have been taking care of dogs (really animals of all kinds, shapes, and sizes) both of my own and for others too. There has never been a point in my life that I have not had a dog. Right before I was born, my parents got a beagle that I grew up with. I started taking care of her at a young age (I’d say even later than 17 years ago, just not notable enough to count for it) when she needed special baths for her skin condition, treatments for her ear infections, and catering to her broken arm after getting run over by a car. Before she passed, we got a husky. I helped train (on and off leash commands), groom, trim his nails, and learned how to speak husky. He was a very loved hand full. I learned so much from him because of all the trouble he made from running away, eating glue, chewing up the entire house… you name it, he did it. Through these lessons I have learned not only how to retain my patience and grace, but also how to be a beacon of support and reservoir of love for all fur babies. Nevertheless, when he got older, I gave him shots for his hip dysplasia and ensured he was most comfortable until the day my sister and I sat in the room with him on his way up to doggy heaven. Today, I have a great pyrenees who is a bundle of joy. Again, I have trained her, happily cater to her persistent anxiety--especially with thunderstorms--ensure she is exercised, groomed, and feeling loved. Currently I am working part-time and most of this is at home doing online research for school. Pet care is my daily routine anyways and I have a partner who often stays home to take care of our pup. He certainly supports me needing to fill my cup with more love in my heart from interacting with animals. Nevertheless, I love to help people out. I find that having a good, stable community is the most precious thing we can have as people. It takes a village and I am happy to be apart of that village. I am happy to make any accommodations possible to help you and your fur baby feel the most comfortable with my care. About: I’ve cared for dogs, cats and even horses since childhood. Friends, family and neighbors have entrusted me with their fur babies, a privilege which I take very seriously. I enjoy spending time with all animals, whether that be playing, walking, bathing, feeding, or afternoon napping. I work full time Monday through Friday, and have the option to work from home on a weekday if needed. About: My siblings would ask me to babysit their dogs while they were away, and I always made it a point to leave their homes as I found it. I’ve worked in childcare and taught karate for three years now (not saying is the same thing) so your pet will be receiving the attention and play they need. Karate lessons too if they’d like🙌! I work part time at a martial arts school. Tuesday and Thursday nights I am working for certain. Throughout the day I’m available to walk/babysit/etc. I have work on my laptop so I can take whatever I need to a home and house sit at the same time. I always want to keep an eye on them, making frequent checks to see how they’re doing. I’d like to be informed of any quirks or habits I should be aware of so the pet is comfortable and receives the best care possible. If they want to play, I’m so ready to play!

I had to travel for work one week and my husband works long hours at the hospital, so we hired Deborah to walk our puppy during the day. About: The best part of using Rover for me was the fun pictures of my pup playing I would get from the sitters. So as a sitter, I absolutely love providing you with the best action shots I can get of your little fur baby having a great time while you do the same!! I can send them home with a fresh wash and brush for $40! I have a flexible schedule. I live in an apartment but my complex has a large and small dog park right in front of it. Plenty of play time. Only keep 1-2 pups at a time. Small dogs ONLY (20 pounds and below) Dogs get lots of attention and petting and snuggles around here and I love taking pictures so you’ll get lots of those as well.

I started at humane society and worked with a few locals rescues since and have been around all kinds of dogs and temperaments. I am beginning my dog walking and check in business and will expand to dog boarding for special dogs that can’t always go to traditional Boarding. I understand a lot of dogs have special needs from anxiety, not being friendly with other dogs, fears of storms and fireworks, and even medication treatments. I have personally fostered hundreds of dogs from puppies to moms to seniors and am acutely aware that sometimes a walk or check in is a bit more. I understand the guilt of a dog parent not being able to check in on their babies or give them enough time during the work week and I’m here to help with that. I look forward to creating a consistent client base of wonderful dog families that may be overlooked or unable to be cared for by the standard walker. I am happy to take your dog to parks to socialize safely, handle vet appointments better than your husband or even just reassure you that you are doing your best as a pet parent. While not yet training certified, I have completed training with several trainers and fosters and can help with the basics and/or continue your style of training for additional reinforcement. Above all your dogs happiness and health is the most important. I work Monday through Thursday from 7am to 2pm, and I’m available to care for your furry friends anytime after 2pm.
