I literally could not have asked for a better first Rover experience! Jenevieve did have other bookings that were her regulars, but to make things more comfortable for our pooch, she had us come a little early so he could see that all was good, and he could get familiar before more friends came to play. I got lots of pictures of Phil having lots of fun and getting lots of snuggles. He truly made himself at home and that made us so happy! I appreciate how accommodating and thoughtful Jenevieve was throughout the whole processes and that made our visit to DSM really stress-free because I didn't have to worry about our little buddy at all! About: I have spent my entire life around animals, especially larger, older dogs. I am home full time while classes are online and am very flexible with sitting times. I am currently taking classes online for the summer, so I have plenty of time to take care of your furry friends! I tend to be busier on the weekends but if you give enough time in advance I am pretty flexible. I live in an apartment complex, and don't have a yard, so animals will have to be leashed when outside. I do not have a lot of space, so smaller animals are preferred, especially for longer stays.

About: I’ve been trusted and relied on to take care of and love family and neighbors dogs of all sizes and needs while they have been away for a weekend or on extended vacations I work fully from home so I am always here to care care of and attend to your animals needs and to take a needed walked over lunch. I have a fully fenced in backyard with no dogs on either side of me. Your dog is more than willing to run and play and will get plenty of walks.

She put us at ease from the very start and is flexible. Joseph was very accomodating as this was a last minute reservation. Great communication and with giving updates! Was very kind to work with a shifting drop-off time while we traveled in from a thousand miles away and also with a later pick-up as we dealt with the aftermaths of a family emergency. We’ll be going back to Des Moines a lot over the next year and will be hiring Brett whenever we can!
Our dog loves going to Justin’s for boarding. He gets excited right when we pull down the street. He takes great care of our dog and always shares updates with us. He’s always the first dog sitter we ask when we are planning a trip out of town.

We were a little nervous to leave our Stella with someone new, especially someone with dogs. We've always brought her with us or had family watch her. After an initial meet and greet, and a play date at her house, we felt very comfortable leaving Stella with Anna. Initial impressions were great! Anna very clearly has a strong, deep relationship with her dogs, Ren and Shelby. They were both extremely well trained and behaved, which was a direct reflection of how much she cares about them. This structure was exactly what Stella needed in a sitter. She did so well staying two days and an overnight with Anna. Anna kept us informed on how she was doing with pictures, videos, and updates. She got lots of love, play, and cuddles. We wouldn't hesitate to have Anna watch Stella for us again! Thanks Anna!
