About: Walks can be around your neighborhood, or if your dog is good with car rides I can take them out to some of the trails around windsor/foco for a more fun adventure! Love getting to meet new doggos and learn their quirks 😊 I teach yoga so my schedule is generally very flexible. I’m typically able to pop in and out throughout the day for house sitting requests. I’m happy to pop in and check on the dogs throughout the day and then spend the night with them in their own space :)

“I had never used a pet/house sitter that I didn’t know before booking Elliot, and must admit I was nervous about doing so. But Elliot was fantastic! He took care of everything that needed to be done, including taking the trash out, which we had not asked him to do. He asked questions about my cat and her care that indicated that he was really interested in doing a good job. I received daily photos and updates and this enabled me to relax and know everything was in good hands. I highly recommend Elliot if you’re in the area!”

“Shelley is a reliable and trustworthy resource. She cared for our kitties as if they were her own. We received pictures throughout the week and reports of the kitties activity. I felt at peace knowing they were in her care. Thanks Shelley!!”

About: My pets are my babies. I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life, including the last 20 years of my adult life. Over the years, I’ve cared for multiple special needs pets, including a diabetic feline. Through college, I worked part time as a veterinary assistant and in a boarding clinic and feel comfortable with various breeds and temperaments of pets. I’ve also had experience administering oral and subcutaneous medications for both canines and felines. Outside of traditional dogs and cats, I’ve owned horses, goats, and Guinea pigs and loved caring for each of them. I work full-time; however on the days that I have made myself available to care for your pets, they will be my priority and I will treat them as I treat my own - with the same love and attention I would want my own furbabies to receive when I am away. During my visits with your pet, I will make every effort to make them feel loved and comfortable in your absence and provide them with the same level of care I would hope for my pet to receive when I am away.

About: Hi! Like so many, I grew up around animals and have had several of my own! Collie, Westie, Shih Tzus, Short-haired domestic cats. I was a volunteer at NoCo Humane as a dog walker and enrichment provider in the Behavior and Enrichment area for 6 months, until I adopted my own dog from them two years ago. I've house-sit and dog walked for family and friends which include golden retrivers, cats, poodles, and pugs. I recently house sit for a dachshund puppy in his high energy to napping phase, which was fun. I've adopted a senior shih tzu, so I have experience with senior dogs. I feel like I have pretty good knowledge of when a vet appointment is needed or emergent care. You can trust me to take good, safe care of your pup. Personally, I am a college educated professional. I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule, which is why I can be available with shorter notice. I can stay with your pet through the night and let them out for breaks. I won't be able to stay full-time during the day because I have work and errands, but we can discuss specific needs during our meet and greet. The meet and greet is an opportunity to meet you and your pet (and vice versa) in advance of the sitting so that we can make sure the arrangements and fees will work well for all involved. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out! I will happily respond as quickly as I can. I am currently not working full-time elsewhere, so I have a lot of flexibility with short notice. I have my own dog whom I will need to visit and take care of, as well, plus errands. I take my dog on a walk every morning and evening, plus potty breaks. My dog sleeps with me (she's about 14lbs), but sometimes she prefers to sleep in the living room. I leave the door open to my room so she can come and go. I don't take her on walks during the hottest times of the day in order to protect her paws from being burned on the sidewalk, hence evenings and mornings. She is pee pad trained in case she needs to go throughout those few hot hours. I don't plan on having guest pets to my home so that my dog also stays in a calm, familiar environment with my roommates. The only toy I've found that she likes is any kind that bounces, so we play a lot of fetch. In client's homes, I treat them like my own. They are your most valuable possession, and I understand that. I am respectable of your space, cleaning up after myself and keeping it secure. I check in as often as you like, including pictures and fun videos.

About: Thanks so much for visiting my profile! I look forward to helping you and your pet 🐾 family! Please read my important notes below before requesting services. ➡️ Please check my 'Availability' section because I can't block out my schedule based on time, only days, and I update that information frequently. ➡️ All services listed are in your home only, including Day Care. Drop-ins/Walks are 30 or 60 minutes (multiple drop-ins/walks can be booked in one day). Day Care (in your home only) is for longer visits (usually between 4-7 hours per day). Hi! 👋 I'm Traci. I have over 20 years of personal experience caring for my own pets, including dogs and cats. Growing up, I was surrounded by animals in a household where my father worked as a veterinarian. This early exposure gave me a deep understanding of pet care and a lifelong passion for animals. Additionally, I've spent several years assisting friends with their pet care needs, from walking to providing attentive drop-in visits. What sets me apart is my ability to cater to pets of all ages, including energetic puppies and senior pets requiring extra care. I’m skilled in administering medications*, customizing care to each pet’s unique personality, and creating a stress-free experience for both pets and their owners. 💉 I have experience administering SQ medications; however, I request that pet parents demonstrate their process during a meet-and-greet before confirming this service. Since every animal responds differently, ensuring a comfortable experience for everyone is my top priority. I work part-time so my schedule is pretty flexible. I'm generally available Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM for drop-ins/walks and day care (all in your home). 📅 07/10, 07/11, 07/18, 07/25 I'm not available after 4 pm. I prioritize creating a safe and stress-free environment for your pets in the comfort of their own home. Whether it’s feeding, walking, or playtime, I ensure your pet feels secure and cared for while maintaining their usual routine. I’m attentive to each pet’s unique needs, from adhering to feeding schedules to offering plenty of affection and exercise. Trust is my top priority, and I treat your home and pets with the utmost respect, leaving things just as I found them. Your furry friends’ happiness and safety are always my focus!

Traci H.

“Traci has a huge heart for our four legged furry friends. I even asked her to introduce own dog to my dog, and they were really good when they were together. Best friends of the dog persuasion. Any time I need dog walking or dog sitting I can count on her 100%. She will be there on time, every time, and do exactly what's needed. Highly recommend.”
