About: I've been caring for animals for over 11 years. I got my first family dog when I was 7 and my second dog at 13, giving me experience with dogs of different ages and personalities. In addition to caring for my own pets, I've looked after neighbors' dogs, cared for a friend's dog for over a week while they were on vacation, and have experience feeding, walking, playing with, and giving plenty of attention and love to pets. I've also had a cat since I was young and have cared for my neighbor's cats, so I'm comfortable with both dogs and cats. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I'm home and very available throughout the summer, so your pet will get plenty of attention, exercise, and care. I work part-time only 2–3 days a week for a few hours at a time, which gives me a very flexible schedule for boarding, drop-in visits, walks, and daycare. I'm available on both weekdays and weekends and can accommodate morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight care. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a large yard for supervised play and two friendly, well-socialized dogs who love meeting new friends! About: My experience comes from caring for my own dogs and dog sitting big dogs for friends who don't want their pups to stay in their comfy familiar home while they are away. I've owned labs, huskies, shepherds and collies. Most recently I had two collies that have travelled with me around the world. Sadly both have passed recently So I'm without a dog of my own but love having them around. I am happy to meet new dogs of all ages and breeds. I love large dogs too but my place may be too small for some but I'm happy to meet up and see what works. I work from home a lot and am very flexible to drop in or take your pup(s) for a walk. I run most days and can have pups join if that's something they like. I am very cautious about dog handling and will follow your instructions. I will only care for dogs in my home after I've taken care of them at your home and I am familiar enough with the dog so that I am sure it will be ok in a new space and that I can accommodate its needs.

About: Been around dogs my whole life! Have a dog at home, he is 5. Trained during COVID pandemic from 8 weeks old until now. Get along well with all dogs! Main availability would be weekday afternoons-nights! Weekends can help with advanced notice! I work 8-5 typically but my schedule often varies on a weekly basis. About: I have had dogs my whole life. I worked at a doggy day care facility for 5 years and gained a ton of experience with dogs of all sized and temperaments! We have had 10 foster dogs in recent years who have taught me a lot! My current dog keeps me very active and we love long walks, hikes and the beach! My schedule is currently wide open. My dog is my everything and yours will get the same love and care while with me! We do long walks when temperatures allow and brief outdoor breaks during the day to stay cool and get in some exercise! I live in an apartment that is very walkable and has many parks around! About: Hi there! I am 30 and I live in Springfield, VT and work in WRJ. So my radius is quite large. I have a 6 year old golden pup (as seen in photos) named Burton and also take care of my in laws cat, Middy. I grew up in Vermont on a small farm with 3 dogs (Pitbull and labs) and 2 cats. I currently have a pup, Burton. Who gets along with all dogs and people. Depending on your pets personality, I will be sure to be active with them. Our pup Burton gets 4 walks a day and typically goes for a swim once a day at a nearby kayak launch. I fully believe pets should have a significant amount of play + active time whether its a walk or drop in visit, they will have fun. I do work in WRJ from 8-5pm but I do have lunches available and we do have flexible time. Typically at lunch or after work I will have time to give them a good active walk/run. I am a very active person and believe all pups should have an active lifestyle as well. I only do walks + drop ins, most of my care will be outside! Love hiking, long walks and running. I have experience with running a husky every other day for 2-3 miles due to the high energy.

She was prompt in her communication, came and met our pup before we left, did a great job taking care of him while we were out even despite some inclement weather, and was just a pleasure to work with overall! Samantha did an excellent job looking after our 2 cats (and 4 chickens) at our house over a three week period. Her communication was excellent - always responding swiftly and thoroughly to our messages, and sending rover cards with great photos after her visits. Our cats tend to get a bit grumpy with each other while we're away, and we were impressed to see relatively little evidence of fighting when we got back. We also appreciated her willingness to look after the chickens - which are a bit out of scope for rover - at a reasonable rate. The chicken coop was just completed before we left, and had some hiccups in the cold weather, which she dealt with very well. We would definitely book again!
