About: I've been caring for animals for over 11 years. I got my first family dog when I was 7 and my second dog at 13, giving me experience with dogs of different ages and personalities. In addition to caring for my own pets, I've looked after neighbors' dogs, cared for a friend's dog for over a week while they were on vacation, and have experience feeding, walking, playing with, and giving plenty of attention and love to pets. I've also had a cat since I was young and have cared for my neighbor's cats, so I'm comfortable with both dogs and cats. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I'm home and very available throughout the summer, so your pet will get plenty of attention, exercise, and care. I work part-time only 2–3 days a week for a few hours at a time, which gives me a very flexible schedule for boarding, drop-in visits, walks, and daycare. I'm available on both weekdays and weekends and can accommodate morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight care. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a large yard for supervised play and two friendly, well-socialized dogs who love meeting new friends! I have over 11 years of experience caring for both dogs and cats and will follow your pet's routine, feeding schedule, exercise needs, and any special instructions to help them feel safe, happy, and at home. Whether I'm caring for your pet in my home or yours, I'll provide plenty of love, attention, playtime, and regular updates so you can have peace of mind while you're away.

About: My experience comes from caring for my own dogs and dog sitting big dogs for friends who don't want their pups to stay in their comfy familiar home while they are away. I've owned labs, huskies, shepherds and collies. Most recently I had two collies that have travelled with me around the world. Sadly both have passed recently So I'm without a dog of my own but love having them around. I am happy to meet new dogs of all ages and breeds. I love large dogs too but my place may be too small for some but I'm happy to meet up and see what works. I work from home a lot and am very flexible to drop in or take your pup(s) for a walk. I run most days and can have pups join if that's something they like. I am very cautious about dog handling and will follow your instructions. I will only care for dogs in my home after I've taken care of them at your home and I am familiar enough with the dog so that I am sure it will be ok in a new space and that I can accommodate its needs.

About: I’ve had a dog my whole life, in which I fed, walked, and looked after him. He passed last year and I’m not ready to get another one right now but would love to have dogs around. I absolutely love dogs and have taken care of friends and family dogs. I’m working part-time, 4 to 5 days a week. My schedule comes out 2 weeks in advance so I should have plenty of time to figure out when to look after or walk your pup! I will always keep an eye on your dog and follow all the guidelines you have, whether that’s letting them free in a fenced yard or keeping them on a leash outside.

About: I’ve had a family dog for my entire life. I walked my family’s dog nearly every day and have had experience pet sitting for family and friends when they are away. I am very active and am comfortable walking dogs for any desired distance! I am currently a medical student and looking to walk dogs and pet-sit in my free time after school during the week and on weekends! I have one friendly dog in my home. There is no fenced in yard, but have plenty of space for a crate and room to play!

“Armani is by far the best dog sitter. She looked after one of our very reactive dogs for an extended period in the past. She built such a bond with him that we refuse to call anyone else. This time around, it was all 3 dogs. When I say her passion for this is obvious, it's an understatement. The way she handles our dogs with genuine care is so comforting. Our dogs LOVE Armani. And I always trust my dogs' instincts. She works magic with these characters. My reactive dog couldn't be left with anyone else, ever. Armani has become his best friend. My smallest dog takes a while to warm up and trust people. By the end of the visit, she was giving Armani kisses. My dogs do not like visitors, but definitely look forward to seeing Armani walk through the door. And that's because they know she is going to care for them and give them all the love, patience, safety, and treats they deserve. She's just amazing. She's also a phenomenal communicator. Aside from the detailed rover cards with copious pictures that we absolutely love, she has messaged us to update us or to even get clarification on anything she might have questions about. Especially involving the routine we have them on. I say all of that to say I will call Armani even before I call on my family to look after our dogs. That's the level of trust we have in her. With Armani, your dogs are in good hands. Periodt.”

About: If my rates are an obstacle in caring for your pet then I’m happy to provide a sliding scale and have a discussion upon request. Professionally, I was vet assistant at an animal clinic before returning to farm animal work. At the clinic I learned the basics of animal health care and I learned how to properly handle dogs and cats. Throughout the last twelve years I’ve farm-sat and pet-sat for numerous friends and family members! In the last year I worked at a doggy daycare and worked groups of 11-12 large dogs. I also worked in group of 15+ small dogs and "solos" (highly dog aggressive dogs). Working in that environment took me to the next level of understanding cues and dog behavior. I learned to advocate for dogs, look for health and safety warning signs and how to manage group dynamics. I am currently a *human* nurse and making time for animals because that is where I feel I really come alive. :) I believe that animals are part of the family and I will treat them like so. I have basic experience with dog training and I personally believe that dogs thrive in structured and predictable environments. I love exercising and having fun with dogs, too! I have availability to help you with your pup or cat! Depending on the health of your pet I will socialize and exercise your pet's body and mind and of course offer any snuggles that are welcomed. I love exercising animals as much as it is tolerated by them. I currently work per diem as a staff nurse in Lebanon NH which gives me a lot of flexibility to care for pets. I am happy to abide by your house rules and expectations for your pet(s). I enjoy walks to dog parks, trails, playing in fenced yards and practicing obedience and tricks!

About: Hi there! I am 30 and I live in Springfield, VT and work in WRJ. So my radius is quite large. I have a 6 year old golden pup (as seen in photos) named Burton and also take care of my in laws cat, Middy. I grew up in Vermont on a small farm with 3 dogs (Pitbull and labs) and 2 cats. I currently have a pup, Burton. Who gets along with all dogs and people. Depending on your pets personality, I will be sure to be active with them. Our pup Burton gets 4 walks a day and typically goes for a swim once a day at a nearby kayak launch. I fully believe pets should have a significant amount of play + active time whether its a walk or drop in visit, they will have fun. I do work in WRJ from 8-5pm but I do have lunches available and we do have flexible time. Typically at lunch or after work I will have time to give them a good active walk/run. I am a very active person and believe all pups should have an active lifestyle as well. I only do walks + drop ins, most of my care will be outside! Love hiking, long walks and running. I have experience with running a husky every other day for 2-3 miles due to the high energy.
