About: Working Wonders K9 officially began in 2024 but its roots run deep into the heart and the history of Kenna the owner. Throughout her childhood, she trained her pet dogs in obedience and could often be found learning agility and tricks with them side-by-side! As an adult, this passion lead her to train her rescue dog, Luna, as a service dog after developing an autonomic nervous system dysfunction that took away her safety and freedom. Under the guidance of a service dog trainer, she began learning the basics of training a working dog and found a calling. After apprenticing with a training company and spending much of her free time researching dog body language, training methods and training techniques, she opened Working Wonders K9 with the goal of making service dogs accessible to disabled individuals and helping pet parents train and build a strong relationship with their dogs. She offers knowledgeable pet care as well as training and support in obedience and behavior modification. I currently am attending school full time and have my own dog training business where I help clients train their pets in obedience and provide solutions to problem behaviors. During the day I have plenty of time to devote to pet care and making sure each pet gets the time and attention they deserve! I offer knowledgeable and experienced pet care in the clients home. I have a background in veterinary care and dog training and have devoted many hours to understanding dog’s body language in order to care for them better. I provide on leash walking and oversight in homes and backyards to make sure each pet is taken care of and gets the love and attention they need!
About: I have been part of the Dogs Inc (formerly Southeastern Guide Dog) organization for 8 years. I have raised 3 puppies and currently hold to hold the title of Puppy Education and Assessment Specialist. I am a canine professional and pet enthusiast In my off time I would love to spend even more time with dogs of all shapes and sizes. After hours walks and weekend care are my forte With extensive knowledge and training with a highly accredited guide and service dog school I follow a fear free and positive reinforcement style approach with all animals
“Jamie is great with our dog & cats! She is friendly, & reliable. Excellent communication - we loved receiving updates & pictures of our pets that she sent regularly while we were away.”

“Kelly is very kind and professional and did a great job with Oakley! I can tell he had a great time while I was gone and was taken care of well. I also appreciate her able to take care of my cat on short notice. Highly recommend Kelly for your pet sitting needs.”

“Nevaeh was fantastic! She arrived right on time and went above and beyond during her visit. She took Mia out to the backyard for a potty break, brought her back in, spent time playing with her, and even checked in on our cats—despite only being scheduled to let the dog out. We’re very happy with the care she provided and will absolutely be using her services again in the near future. Highly recommended!”

“I am super happy to have found her on Rover; she is communicative, responsible, and loving with my pets. She stayed in contact and answered every question I had about them. I will definitely hire her again—I hope she never leaves Rover! I recommend her 100%.”

“Kaci helped me out with last minute dog & cat sitting when my friend unexpectedly cancelled the day before I left for a camping trip ? She kept me up to date with pictures from each drop in visit, and was always quick to respond to my messages. When I got home, I could tell my pets had been loved and well cared for while I was gone. I’ll definitely reach out to her again if I need pet sitting help in the future. Thanks Kaci!!”

About: I am a dedicated and dependable pet care provider with over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for animals independently. I have grown up around pets my entire life and have cared for a wide variety of animals, including dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits, rats, fish, and turtles. This diverse background has given me strong instincts, adaptability, and a deep understanding of individual animal needs. I currently own a cat who is a cherished companion, and caring for her has reinforced my commitment to providing patient, attentive, and high-quality care. I treat every pet as if they were my own and understand how important trust and communication are when caring for someone else’s beloved animals. My goal is to ensure that every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved, whether through daily care, companionship, feeding, or maintaining routines. I take pride in being reliable, gentle, and attentive, and I am passionate about helping pet owners feel confident and at ease while they are away. I work as a server, so my schedule can vary from week to week; however, I typically work evening shifts from around 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. This makes me most available for pet care during morning and early afternoon hours (approximately 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM), which works well for daily visits, walks, and check-ins. I am happy to accommodate overnight pet sitting, and I always communicate my work schedule in advance to ensure it aligns with both the pet’s routine and the owner’s expectations. Clear communication is a priority for me, and I strive to make sure every pet receives consistent, reliable care while their owner is away. I understand that every pet and owner has unique needs, routines, and expectations. I am committed to working closely with pet parents to ensure all care requirements are met, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and daily routines. Whether a pet thrives on a structured schedule or prefers a more flexible, relaxed routine, I am happy to accommodate what works best for both the pet and the owner. My goal is always to provide consistent, attentive care while making the experience as stress-free and comfortable as possible for everyone involved.
About: With over 9 years of pet sitting experience, I’ve had the pleasure of caring for dogs of all sizes and breeds—from Shih Tzus to Pit Bulls—and I’ve been a dedicated animal lover my entire life. I’m passionate about making sure pets feel loved and safe, and I pride myself on being dependable, even on short notice. My goal is for you to have peace of mind that your pets will be well taken care of no matter where you are. Pet care fits perfectly into my daily and weekly routine since I’m currently in school for medical billing, which gives me a flexible schedule. I can easily balance my studies with part-time pet sitting, making sure I have time to give each pet the attention and care they need. It also helps me stay active and provides a great break from my coursework! When caring for pets in my clients' homes, I make sure to follow their routines as closely as possible to keep the pets comfortable and stress-free. This includes feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special instructions like administering medications or adhering to specific care preferences. I am super happy to have found her on Rover; she is communicative, responsible, and loving with my pets. She stayed in contact and answered every question I had about them. I will definitely hire her again—I hope she never leaves Rover! I recommend her 100%.

Kim is compassionate and caring. She brought toys and activities to engage the kitties in active play. She did some extra things like opening and closing the shades so the kitties could bask in the sun during the day. She sent detailed reports for each visit.

We will definitely be reaching back out to Lindsey next time we go on a trip. She was prompt in responding, brought her kids along to tucker out our kitten (who has TONS of energy), and she even cleaned up when our senior kitty had an accident. We highly recommend Lindsey!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
