About: I offer pet walking and house sitting services. If you have an active dog, I will take them on adventures! I have taken care of dogs, cats, cockatiels, bearded dragons, rabbits, and fish. I have either boarded all of these animals or gone to their home to care for them. I've taken care of many breeds of dogs including 100+ breeds and pit bulls. I've taken care of both puppies and senior dogs. I also understand that you may have specific training instructions and I will make sure to adhere to these when walking and sitting. I cared for a family dog for 4 years during my mid-twenties. I put a lot of care into making sure every animal feels safe and loved while in my care. I typically take dogs on a walk in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Depending on the needs of the dog, I can do additional potty breaks and different walk lengths. I am open to house sitting and can bring your dog to nearby trails or nearby dog parks as needed. Depending on if you have a yard, I can spend time playing with them outside either within a fenced area or on leash. Your animal will receive loving attention and plenty of pets if they are into that. I can also do animal massage which is great for stressed pets, or simply those who exercise a lot and have tense muscles.

I’ve grown up around a variety of pets my entire life and currently have two dogs of my own — a pitbull and a rescue — so I understand how important it is to find someone you can fully trust with your pets. About: I've spent almost a lifetime taking care of cats and dogs, and I find the bond between animal and owner to be one of the most powerful things on earth. I've been called upon to care for friends and families to pet-sit for them many times throughout my life. I currently have an open weekday schedule so I'm fully available for any and all of your pets basic needs. Weekends are also fully available. Pet safety is a top priority for me, all feeding and walking instructions will be precisely followed. About: *If you have cats please discuss this with me first* my dogs are not cat friendly! I’ve always loved animals. I’m in school right now so I’m home through the week most weeks. My dogs are very used to being around others. I have one roommate. We have a very quiet house. A large fenced in yard with a gazebo and a small pool for the dogs. I’m a nurse. I work one night shift for a kid doing home health on Fridays and then I work 8h shifts at a jail over the weekend. I may work some 12h shifts usually just once a week but I’m prn so it’s mainly the weekends that I’m working. For the summer I just have one class in person for 3h and one class online. My roommate is helpful to let out the dogs if I get stuck being away too long. When I’m at work my pets have a large caged area they stay in. When I’m home or only going to be gone a few hours they roam the house. If you chose to board your animals with me when I’m not home I’d prefer them to be a cage just to ensure safety but we can discuss this further.
About: I have always been an animal lover. Growing up, I always had at least two dogs in the house with me. My parents always instilled never ending love for the family pets into me and nothing make me more comfortable than a furry friend by my side. I also spent some time working for a dog boarding facility in my hometown of Wichita, Kansas. My schedule is open in various slots in the day for dog care, and my job allows me to take care of any tasks I need to throughout the day as long as my work is not affected. In your home, I will make sure the pets are safe and getting as much love, attention, and playtime as they deserve! The key to an enjoyable vacation is knowing my dogs will be cared for as well as I would have. I knew from the updates that my boys were having fun. Christine is the best and ready and able to handle daily visits as well as anything that might come up like bad weather.

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
