About: I have had cats and dogs my entire life, I currently have two dogs and have volunteered in shelters! I also have been in the grooming career and I couldn’t imagine my life without animals i have two dogs who are completely different so every walk is completely different to them, ive always enjoyed spending time with my animals and think the best moments are with our furry friends i myself have a reactive and hyper dog, i can care for dogs that might need a little more tlc or extra patience and would love to spend time with all kinds of personalities within your pets.
About: I’ve taken care of my family dog from puppy age to senior age for 14 years and have also dog sat for friends. I enjoy playing with dogs and accompanying them for any time that is needed! The only "issue" was a last minute change in the visit time, but it ended up not impacting the puppy's routine on this specific ocasion. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
