“Emily was great! Last minute sitter for our 3 large dogs and she showed up on time with treats and toys! She was extremely sweet and we will absolutely have her sit again and would recommend her to anyone on Rover.”

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, big and small, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I’m the go-to sitter for friends because I genuinely love being around animals and put a lot of care into making sure they feel safe, understood, and comfortable. During my psychology degree, I spent a year and a half studying Animal-Assisted Interventions, focusing on animal behavior, emotional attunement, human-animal connection, and therapeutic support work. My own dog is a huge part of my life — she travels around the country with me and goes almost everywhere by my side. I personally trained her with therapy/service dog foundations, which taught me a lot about patience, consistency, structure, and reading a dog’s needs and body language I'm fortunate that my days are centered around my dog, Bennie. I get up, let her out right away, then prepare her breakfast, and she eats while we start the morning together outside. I’m home most of the time and spend my days in the yard gardening, doing yard work, or working on projects around the property, so she’s with me and supervised throughout the day. I also always make sure there’s some form of engagement or mental stimulation so dogs are never bored or over-energized, whether that’s training, enrichment activities, or interactive play. If I need to run errands, Bennie usually comes with me and stays in the car if the weather is safe. If it’s too warm, she stays home in her calm, familiar environment instead. I’m typically only gone for short errands and make a point of never leaving her alone for long. When we’re not at home, we’re usually outside doing something active- swimming at the lake, going on hikes, going for runs, or taking long walks. Our lifestyle is very outdoors-oriented, and she’s included in almost everything I do Bennie is always at the top of my mind, and safety is my number one priority. I have a fully fenced, dog-proof yard with a secure gate that is always kept closed. I also have cameras on the property to monitor for wildlife or anything unsafe outside. Inside the home, I use non-toxic, pet-safe cleaning products and avoid harsh chemicals. I’m very mindful of anything dogs could be sensitive to, including what they’re exposed to, what they play with, and what they’re given. I only use safe toys and bones that are appropriate and supervised. Overall, I focus on creating a calm, secure environment where dogs can relax, explore, and feel completely safe while still having structure and supervision

About: Hello! We’re Edgar and Megan and we are here to provide your pet with the best care possible. As a lifelong animal lover and a former professional dog walker, I've had the pleasure of caring for countless dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I'm dependable, gentle, and attentive — and I'll always treat your pet like a member of my own family. I provide reliable and personalized care for your dog or cat in the comfort of your own home, focusing on their specific needs and routines. My daily schedule is flexible and allows me to give them my full attention, whether it's for daily check-ins, walks, overnight stays, or just calm companionship. I'm happy to follow your instructions to the letter and provide regular updates and photos to give you peace of mind while you're away. My goal is to keep your pet safe, happy, and loved. I currently work part time so I have plenty of time to housesit and dog sit. My wife works full-time so we have plenty of flexibility. We cannot have animals in our apartment. So that makes it difficult to bring animals to our home that belong to other people. Our hope is to one day own some animals.
“Jessica was great with keeping us updated with photos and making our cat happy on her visits. She went out of her way to pick up something for him when we ran out. I’ll be reaching out again next time we go away. Thank you Jess!”

You won't find anyone any better than Emily!!! Emily has been my ongoing pet sitter for three and a half months when I have had to work out of town. Emily has never failed to provide excellent service. She provides fun reports and pictures of the pet antics and behaviors, has an "intuituve feel" for the pets needs and personalities, and has great communication skills. She is friendly and personable, always leaves the home neater than when she got there, and provides other acts of kindness and consideration like bringing in mail and packages and leaving porch lights on for you if you are arriving home after dark. On a scale of one to ten, with ten being the high score, I give Emily a twenty!
Alyssa was responsive to messages and followed through beautifully in caring for my pets. Two of my pets are each on two different medications morning and evening and Alyssa managed that with ease. She even brought in my packages and kept the outdoor heated waterbowl for the wildlife full each day in addition to caring for my inside pets! I would absolutely recommend her pet care service!
We are so pleased with the care received for our Senior Kitty by Julia! Cali is not accustomed to caregivers, but she warmed up to Julia and even allowed some petting! We received updates during our time away, which were very reassuring. Everything was neat and clean when we arrived home, and we look forward to having Julia back again when the need arises.

Peggy is so wonderful! We were so fortunate to find her and our dog Nola loved her! She is a great pet sitter and is a great communicator - keeping us apprised of everything with detailed notes! We were able to go to Glacier Park and know our Noka was in great hands! She made it so easy to leave our baby and know she was being cared for with love!!
