About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, big and small, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I’m the go-to sitter for friends because I genuinely love being around animals and put a lot of care into making sure they feel safe, understood, and comfortable. During my psychology degree, I spent a year and a half studying Animal-Assisted Interventions, focusing on animal behavior, emotional attunement, human-animal connection, and therapeutic support work. My own dog is a huge part of my life — she travels around the country with me and goes almost everywhere by my side. I personally trained her with therapy/service dog foundations, which taught me a lot about patience, consistency, structure, and reading a dog’s needs and body language I'm fortunate that my days are centered around my dog, Bennie. I get up, let her out right away, then prepare her breakfast, and she eats while we start the morning together outside. I’m home most of the time and spend my days in the yard gardening, doing yard work, or working on projects around the property, so she’s with me and supervised throughout the day. I also always make sure there’s some form of engagement or mental stimulation so dogs are never bored or over-energized, whether that’s training, enrichment activities, or interactive play. If I need to run errands, Bennie usually comes with me and stays in the car if the weather is safe. If it’s too warm, she stays home in her calm, familiar environment instead. I’m typically only gone for short errands and make a point of never leaving her alone for long. When we’re not at home, we’re usually outside doing something active- swimming at the lake, going on hikes, going for runs, or taking long walks. Our lifestyle is very outdoors-oriented, and she’s included in almost everything I do Bennie is always at the top of my mind, and safety is my number one priority. I have a fully fenced, dog-proof yard with a secure gate that is always kept closed. I also have cameras on the property to monitor for wildlife or anything unsafe outside. Inside the home, I use non-toxic, pet-safe cleaning products and avoid harsh chemicals. I’m very mindful of anything dogs could be sensitive to, including what they’re exposed to, what they play with, and what they’re given. I only use safe toys and bones that are appropriate and supervised. Overall, I focus on creating a calm, secure environment where dogs can relax, explore, and feel completely safe while still having structure and supervision

About: Hi there! I'm Kim, a 44 year-old Physical Therapist. I am active and love to hike, bike, skin the mountain & cross country ski - and would enjoy taking your dog on any adventure, big or small. I love dogs and cats of all sizes, breeds, and ages; and will care for your pet like it is my own. I grew up with Annie-Belle, an orange Tabby cat who hopped our fence and was never claimed by her previous owners. In my adult life I adopted Kayla, a Siberian Husky mix who adventured with me for 18 lucky years. I have not yet found a new pet of my own, but greatly enjoy the time I get to spend with client’s furry friends. Recently, I have also been housesitting and caring for the gardens for patients of mine while they are on vacation, with or without pets. I rent at my home and landlords do not allow dogs, so I come to you for doggy day care, overnights, long stays, etc. I am very cautious while petsitting. Even if owners say their dog is ok off leash I at least leash them in the parking lot to load/unload and wait until a quarter mile away from the parking lot to unleash. Not worth the risk of the unknown, especially before you’re certain a dog trusts you and will respond to your commands. I will treat and care for your pets and home like they are my own.

About: Hello! My name is Natalie. I am an LVT licensed in Montana, with over 10 years of pet care and animal healthcare experience. I worked as a dog handler in several different kennels before obtaining my degree in Veterinary Technology from Bellingham Technical College, receiving mentorship in a variety of animal hospitals. I now work in veterinary physical rehabilitation and do Rover in my free time! I have experience caring for dogs, cats, pocket pets, and exotics, including those with special needs. I am more than happy to provide your pet with day-to-day specialized care such as administering medications, mobility assistance, or providing care to senior pets who need an extra bit of love. I personally have a cat who is special needs - she is deaf, and has both intestinal lymphoma and cerebellar hypoplasia - so I know it can sometimes be a challenge to find proper care for pets like her! Rest assured that I will provide your babies with the upmost care. I live in Kalispell, and I provide service to Kalispell, Whitefish, Columbia Falls, and surrounding areas. If I appear just out of range, just ask! I may be able to travel to your location for an additional fee depending on the dates. Cat owners: I have a spare small cat harness if your feline friend enjoys walks! Pet Sitting: Pet sitting will take place at client's home. I will be fully respectful of your house and home, following your pet sitting instructions completely.

Whether my own, or friends and family relying on me to care for their dogs for extended periods of time to walk, feed, and provide undivided attention!
