When caring for pets in a client’s home, I arrive with a reliable vehicle and focus on providing consistent care, attention, and plenty of love. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications, walks, and playtime, to make sure your pet feels secure and well cared for in their own space.

About: I've owned dogs all my life and have pet-sat for friends and family since high school. I enjoy spending time with animals, especially outdoors, to keep them active, and love to give them all the pets and snuggles. I am a middle school English teacher who has summers off, and I am looking for active and fulfilling summer work, that is flexible and will get me outdoors. I have a fully fenced yard and live only a couple of blocks from Pioneer Park, making walking and outdoor play easy and accessible. I have a pet-friendly home as I have a dog--Archie, an Irish Doodle--who lives with me half-time. I do not have kennels/crates, as I enjoy the company of dogs and prefer to let them roam free.

About: Aside from owning and caring for all manor of animals since I was little, I have had many opportunities to grow my skills in pet care. I have been caring for dogs out of my home since I was in high school. I have cared for all manor of dogs and cats with a variety of temperaments and ages. I also spent several summers working at a dog grooming shop here in town that also doubles as a doggy daycare, further developing my skills in handling multiple dogs at a time. Ask anyone I know, they will tell you that I adore animals and have since I was small. I am a substitute teacher for the schools here in town. Which means that I dont have work several days of the week. This would allow me to be at home with your pet more and can attend to there needs entirely I am a big advocate for learning how an animal works and thinks to better allow me meet their needs. Finding out what an animal likes and disliked has created an environment of trust and ease in my home. I love when they can roam and explore and relax as they need.

Currently working part time so have ample time (generally in the evenings/weekends) to give them a good walk and make sure they come back happy and well exercised. About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life. I have watched all my friends and families dogs. I love taking them on walks and playing with them!! I’m currently a full time student at MSU while also being on the track and field team. I have time in between classes and practice to go check on the dog as well as evenings. I am also available on the weekends!! I am able to keep/crate at my apartment for a few days as well as house sit. While the dog would be here at my apartment I would provide a warm, loving, and welcoming environment. I am able to take the dog to parks to get all it’s energy out!!
