“She was fantastic. Communication was easy and clear from start to finish. She understood how to handle huskies and the interactions were smooth. She even cleaned up the mess because one of my dogs got sick in his crate. I will definitely use her again.”

About: I've taken care of a variety of animals! I have experience with dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, insects, and more! I take great pride in providing exactly what each pet needs :) I can work up to 6-8 hours at a time on a set schedule, so I'm not the best fit for every household, but I do everything I can to keep routines for your little (or big!) friends! I will happily make multiple trips a day when possible for the pets that need to checked on consistently--let's discuss! I am known for being punctual and will stick as close to your normal schedule as possible to keep your pets happy and healthy! When housesitting, I typically only leave for work. This means your pets get plenty of human interaction!! I am as flexible as possible when it comes to drop-ins. I am happy to do multiple in a day if needed, I am even willing to do extended times past 1 hour for pets that need a lot of attention but not overnight care!

About: I grew up around dogs and have always loved caring for them. I’ve regularly watched friends and family members dogs, helping with walks, feeding, playtime, baths, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable. I’m dependable, patient, and will treat your pets like they’re my own. I’m currently attending college to become an Automotive Technician and i also work part-time at a yoga studio! I’m available for pet care on the weekends, especially between 11am-3pm. I love animals and enjoy spending my free time caring for pets, taking them on walks, and making sure they get plenty of attention while their owners are away. I treat every pet like they’re part of the family. My own dog gets daily walks, has his own favorite spot on the couch, and has plenty of toys and space to play. I make sure pets always have fresh water, a safe and comfortable environment, plenty of attention and exercise, and lots of love. I’m also careful to follow each owner’s instructions and keep a close eye on their pets to make sure they’re happy and safe.

About: I've taken care of family and friends dogs for years ranging from just checking in on them during the day to staying with them or taking them back home to stay with me. I currently work at the airport and have 3 hour gaps between flights to take car of animals between. I am week on week off so my availability is wide open when I am not at the airport. I have one dog that's super friendly, with a dog park in my apartment complexe as well as a dog park half a block away to take the dogs to go play.

About: I currently volunteer at the Humane Society where I care for cats and dogs. I have been volunteering for about 6 years. Additionally, I have personally owned a dog that I cared for since she was a puppy. I also own 3 bunnies, so I have experience with small animals as well. I am currently working full time at Waukesha Memorial hospital, but love to spend my free time with fuzzy friends. I usually start work at 7-8 and end 3-4 on week days. Weekends are typically completely open. I willing to go above and beyond for your pet! I love to take fuzzy friends on long walks, make enrichment activities for them and give them lots of cuddles! Every pet and family is different, so I will make sure to take care of them exactly how their family treats them.

About: Welcome! Thank you for stopping by. With extensive experience in animal companionship, property management, and house sitting, I bring a passion for the outdoors and a deep understanding of diverse animal care needs. From fish to horses, cattle, dogs, chickens, lizards, cats, and beyond, I've nurtured a wide array of animals. Alongside my proficiency in animal husbandry, I possess comprehensive skills in home and property management. I am well-versed in raw fed nutrition and advocate for a holistic lifestyle. As a licensed property manager and seasoned real estate investor, I prioritize meticulous attention to detail and safeguarding assets. In my down time, I enjoy photography, gardening, cooking, and hiking, embracing activities that promote a healthy lifestyle for both my human and fur babies. Occasionally, my husband of 20 years joins me to lend a hand. With his background in Ranch Management, Sales, and MacGyver-like handyman skills, he seamlessly integrates into any project, proving to be an invaluable asset to our team. Rest assured, your beloved companions are in capable hands! Extended (additional) hours are billed at my Drop-In rate. Holiday Overnight Sits: $150 dog/night. Holidays are defined as all Federally recognized holidays and major religious holidays including Easter. Holiday rates apply to the entire holiday period. EX: Easter holiday rates are billed F/S/S, Christmas holiday rates are billed 24 + 25th. I may come and go during overnight sits, always less than 4 hours at a time (*except in the event of an emergency) Constant Care: $350 dog/day+night This service is often utilized for puppies during the potty & kennel training period, and for elderly or special needs friends that cannot be left alone longer than 2 hrs. You may also choose this option if you simply want me physically at your home the entire time without leaving (*except in the event of an emergency*) Basic chores included (mail, trash, feeding, walking, brushing) Household Manager / Live-In Sitter: 8am - 8 am (or any 24 hr period that suits your needs) Inquire for Estimate. $400/night + 2 day minimum. Travel is additional & determined as appropriate. I move in and handle all of your Animals + Property management needs while you relax on vacation or focus on business! You tell me what needs to happen to keep your Home running smoothly, and let me worry about the rest! Plants, chores, garbage, mail, shoveling, maintenance, etc... I will remain on-site at all times, except in the event of an emergency and for any requested or necessary errands and/or supply runs. ‼️ Boarding: We have a wonderful property for hosting dogs, but it’s important to note that our yard is NOT fenced. Requests for boarding are carefully screened for various safety criteria. We are surrounded by a big irrigation ditch & wonderful trails, which are a lot of fun for swimmers, but obviously comes with responsibility and is not a good fit for all dogs. Dogs will be exposed to ticks, field grass, potential obstacles in the water, other walkers in the area, and light traffic. It is essential that we are all a good match before agreeing to board. Dogs must follow basic commands & have excellent recall despite wildlife distractions. Therefore, we do require a scheduled Meet & Greet with your dog on our property prior to accepting a boarding. Thank you for your understanding! I look forward to meeting you and your treasured friends! Insured through Pet Care Insurance, PCI I am self employed and work from home with a flexible schedule. I'm happy to drop in to feed, play, and/or care for your loved one as well as house sit over night while you catch up on R & R or business. Your little friend is also welcome to hang out with my crew, walk, hike or swim if desired. We recently emptied our nest and as such, I am now available for extended stays! I am fluent in raw feeding and animal nutrition, special/prescription diets, and homemade meals. I have medical experience and am comfortable with post-op, injured/recovery, puppies, and a wide variety of holistic modalities. Additionally, I can coordinate care or services for your fur babies with your Veterinarian, Groomer, Therapist, Trainer etc! If your buddy is fortunate enough to hang out with my crew, they will quickly become part of our family & enjoy our wide open space & lifestyle- it’s a dog’s dream! Additional services I offer include care coordination, property management, personal assistant, co-hosting vacation rentals, and special needs animal care. We are fortunate to have trails & fields running in several directions from our 5 acre property. We also have a big ditch that follows the trails, which the dogs love to swim & splash in. I can walk your dog in your neighborhood or mine, if nearby. There are excellent walking trails and parks on the west end available to explore. We do not visit dog parks for health & safety reasons. ** Our property is not fenced, therefore, boarding is determined on an individual basis and your animal assessed to ensure a safe stay. ** I'm perfectly content to play & care for your animals according to your schedule and needs. I'll ask for clear instructions from you and that all supplies are readily available for use so we can maximize our bonding time. For working breeds especially, I enjoy a variety of mental & physical play, as well as scent walks. Frisbee is a favorite game of ours, and sometimes we engage in mental and/or agility work on our track. Snuggles & loves are always free!!

“We went on a 4 day trip for Christmas & had Angela watch our fur babies (drop in visits + walks). I am so thoroughly impressed and thankful that we chose Angela. Her love of animals is evident, as our pets were always happy and healthy in the photos she sent us (we got photos every single visit). It feels so good to have a pet sitter who you can trust with your fur babies, because they are family too. I will 100% be rebooking with her for a trip next month! I encourage others to do the same as well! ♥️”

Jenna takes such good care of my Gemma. It was so hot this last trip, but Jenna took that into consideration and got Gemma out comfortably - and even got her a pup cup. I feel so content leaving my little girl in her care.

FAQs for Pet Sitting - Billings Heights

Frequently asked questions about Rover

Rover is the largest marketplace for local pet care. Whether you're looking for pet sitters, dog walkers, or house sitters who specialize in pet sitting, you can narrow your search by entering your ZIP code to find sitters within walking distance in your neighborhood.

You and your sitter can agree on a care schedule that fits your pet’s routine and the sitter’s availability. Pet Sitting can be booked as a one-time or recurring drop-in visit. If you need overnight care or dog walks, you may also be able to book House Sitting or Dog Walking through Rover with the same sitter, provided they offer those services.

Before booking, confirm:

  • the timing, length, and frequency of visits;
  • the care instructions the sitter should follow;
  • which parts of your pet’s usual routine should be prioritized;
  • how often you would like to receive messages, photos, or other updates.

Not every sitter offers the same services, availability, or booking options. Review their profile and discuss the care you need through Rover before booking each service.

If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. The Rover app allows sitters to send photos, videos, and messages about your pet, including how many pee or poop breaks occurred. You can message your sitter at any time through the app and our support team is available 24/7 by email or chat if you have concerns.

The personalized, in-home nature of pet care through Rover can mean more individual attention for your pet.

Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.

If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to 25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the , which provides up to 25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.

During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first .

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
