About: I’ve had experience caring for dogs and cats for as long as I can remember and genuinely love being around animals. I’ve cared for my own dog for the past 8 years, and I also currently have another 2 year old dog and a cat I’ve had for about 5 years. Through caring for my pets, I’ve gained hands on experience with daily routines, exercise, feeding, companionship, and providing attentive, loving care. My schedule is very flexible as i work very part time, which allows me to be highly available for pet care. I’m committed to providing attentive, reliable care and treating your pets with the same love and attention I give my own pets. I treat every animal with the same care and attention I give to my own pets, always prioritizing their safety, comfort, and their well being.
“Luna liked Shana immediately which is a first ever with a human for my sweet abused nervous dog! Shana has been consistently on time, accommodating to my schedule, a good communicator, sensitive to Luna‘s needs and emotions. Shana walked Luna for 1 hour three times a week for two weeks (so far) while I have a broken foot. I recommend Shana as a dog walker and I imagine she would be good for other services as well. She seems to really love & relate well to animals and my shy fur baby responds positively to her.”

“Thank you, Anne, for taking my pups for walks after my surgery. You were able to warm up to both pups and they loved their walkies with you! Anne is prompt and dependable, even on short notice.”

“Kyla did a great job with my dog Nala. I scheduled Nalas walk fairly last minute and she was very willing to make it work. She kept me up to date while on the walk and even included a few pictures. I also noticed she put a package I had recieved on my counter for me, that just shows characteristics of a genuinely nice person. I look forward to working with her in the future!”

“My Dad’s dog, David (yes, that’s the dog name bestowed upon him by the shelter!), just had his first walk with Maddie. My Dad said Maddie was very friendly and David enjoyed his walk!! Maddie responded to my request for this walk right away and has been easy to work with. I appreciate her understanding in that I’m coordinating these walks for my Dad. So far so good!! We are happy with Maddie and will continue to have her walk David!”
“Very reliable, kind, and assuring. Never felt worried about our pup while Kendall was there. Traveled out of town and quickly learned that we could rest easy knowing she would be there on time to give some genuine love to our pup. Very flexible with scheduling and easy to work with. 10/10 dog walker experience.”

About: My family and I have had pets since we were 6 years old. I personally had over a dozen dogs, chickens, rabbits/bunnies, hamsters, birds, lizards, snakes, scorpions, sugar gliders, etc. I am very comfortable with animals and I know how to be with them. I am very active with the animals and so is my wife. We can give them bathes, walks, and occasional play time. We do not mind overnights, early mornings, all day sitting, or even late night activities. The dogs we had in our family were anywhere from small dogs to large dogs. If they love kids well my kids will love them back and if they want to be relaxed and alone for a little we can do that too. If you have any questions or concerns please just ask.

Anne was the best thing we found during our stay in Billings! My pup Bug and I stayed in town for three months for work - I work three to four long shifts a week. Anne was so flexible and accommodating - always communicated and cared for Bug like he was her own. She made our stay so much better by being a reliable addition to our schedule. 10/10 recommend. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
